Dillon Dube News
Calgary Flames winger Dillon Dube had one of his better outings of the season Wednesday versus Vancouver, finishing a 4-3 shootout loss with two assists. He bagged a power-play helper on a Mikael Backlund goal when the Flames started a comeback effort from a 2-0 deficit and Dube recorded another first-period assist when Andrew Mangiapane lit the lamp. It's his second multi-point outing of the season. Dube hasn't seen a lot of success in 2022-23, with Calgary's second line struggling to find chemistry, but things have improved in recent weeks. The 24-year-old has notched eight of his 14 points in nine games since Nov. 29.
Calgary Flames winger Dillon Dube was the team's most productive player in Tuesday's 6-2 win over Florida, registering a goal and two assists. He opened the scoring with a short-handed tally and then helped Rasmus Andersson and Andrew Mangiapane to light the lamp. Entering the season, Dube was a popular breakout candidate, but it's not gone too well for him, with the 24-year-old sitting on only nine points. However, he has been showing signs of turning his season around, averaging a point per game in his last five contests. Managers in deep leagues should definitely keep an eye on Dube, as Calgary's second line is bound to improve their production.
Calgary Flames winger Dillon Dube notched a short-handed goal in Thursday's 5-3 victory over Colorado to continue his impressive goal-scoring streak which dates back to last season. The 24-year-old has been on target nine times in his past 10 regular-season games. Dube had a career year in 2021-22 with 18 goals and 32 points, and he is very nicely placed to surpass these numbers this term, as the Flames have paired him with Nazem Kadri on the second line early on. The veteran center started life in Calgary with an assist against his former team. Andrew Mangiapane, who grabbed the lone helper on Dube's goal, also skates on the line.
Calgary Flames center Dillon Dube had a two-point night in Monday's 4-3 win over the Edmonton Oilers. Dube scored the game's opening goal in the first period, then soon after added a secondary assist on a tally recorded by Elias Lindholm. The Canadian forward thus far has seven goals and seven helpers in 26 contests. He averages almost 14:00 minutes of total ice time a game. Calgary has won three straight under new head coach Darryl Sutter.
