Colorado Avalanche goaltender Hunter Miska will make his fourth start of the season on Saturday against the Ducks, looking to improve a 1-1-1 record. The 25-year-old rookie started the season with a pair of losses but picked up his first career win with 16 saves on Feb. 26 against Arizona. Miska, who carries a 3.03 goals-against average and a .883 save percentage, is in a great spot to add another W on the board, as the Ducks are on a horrible nine-game losing streak. Anaheim will start veteran Ryan Miller, who is 1-2-1 for the year with a 2.98 goals-against average and a .894 save percentage.
Colorado Avalanche goaltender Hunter Miska will make his third start of the season in Friday's matchup versus Arizona. He will look to improve a 0-1-1 record that he put together in a pair of starts last month. The 25-year-old has a 3.55 goals-against average and a .881 save percentage for the season. He hasn't impressed and the team has had a tough time lately, but Brandon Saad (personal) will be back in the lineup and the Avalanche can have a go at an inexperienced goalie in Adin Hill, so it looks like a decent spot for Miska to record his first career win.
Colorado Avalanche goaltender Hunter Miska will make his second career start on Sunday against the Minnesota Wild. His first effort didn't go too well on Jan. 21 against the Kings when Colorado suffered a 4-2 loss with Miska saving 23 of 26 shots. With that said, the 25-year-old has a high-octane offense playing in front of him, so he's in a decent spot in register his first career win. It's a matchup that tends to see the road side celebrate -- home teams have won only two of the last seven meetings between these two.
