Pavel Zacha a Game-Time Call Saturday

Boston Bruins forward Pavel Zacha (upper body) is considered a game-time call for Saturday's matchup against the Detroit Red Wings. He missed his first game of the season on Friday versus the New York Rangers. Zacha's injury came at a bad time for the Bruins, as David Pastrnak (undisclosed) was also forced to exit the lineup on Friday. In 2025-26, Zacha has been Boston's third-highest scorer behind Pastrnak and Morgan Geekie. He has totaled 17 points (five goals, 12 assists) in 25 games. However, Zacha has not been a great fantasy option lately, as he has finished five of his last seven appearances without any points.

Pavel Zacha Recovering From Small Procedure

Boston Bruins forward Pavel Zacha (undisclosed) will miss the World Championships after undergoing a non-surgical procedure. Steve Conroy of The Boston Herald reports that Bruins general manager Don Sweeney said it was a "small procedure," so it's safe to assume he will recover in time for next season. Zacha will look to produce a bounce-back campaign in 2025-26 after having a disappointing 47 points (14 goals, 33 assists) in 82 outings this term. The 28-year-old Czechia native has two more seasons remaining on a four-year, $19 million contract.

Pavel Zacha Wins One for New Jersey in Overtime

Pavel Zacha was invisible at stretches for the early portion of tonight's game. However, he was there when the game was on the line. Zacha was able to convert an opportunity midway into overtime to give New Jersey its third win of the season out of four games. Zacha played over 18 minutes on Saturday and that included more than three minutes on the man advantage. Zacha won one out of two faceoffs, a shot on goal, and several chances were created. Nico Hischier In, Pavel Zacha Out For Devils On Tuesday

New Jersey Devils center Nico Hischier (sinus fracture) will rejoin the lineup in Tuesday's matchup against the Rangers, but the team will be without Pavel Zacha (undisclosed). Hischier hasn't played since scoring in back-to-back games at the end of February. He has three points in five games for the year with 10 shots. The Swiss center has had a tough year with injuries, but he's got bags of talent and should be highly motivated to finish the campaign on a high. Mackenzie Blackwood starts in the net on Tuesday, looking to end a five-game losing streak.

Pavel Zacha Expected To Play On Saturday

New Jersey Devils forward Pavel Zacha is expected to return to his team's lineup ahead of a matchup with the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday. Zacha was listed as a game-time call ahead of New Jersey's win over the Pens on Thursday but was unable to dress due to an undisclosed injury. The 23-year-old has broken out to lead the Devils in scoring this season with 17 points (seven goals, 10 assists) and has also registered 48 shots and 21 hits in 26 games. Pavel Zacha Finishes Three-Point Night With Game-Winner

New Jersey Devils forward Pavel Zacha capped off a three-point night with the game-winning goal in Thursday's 4-3 overtime victory against Buffalo. He added two assists to his tally, helping both of his linemates Nico Hischier and Jesper Bratt open their goals account for the year. Zacha added three shots and two hits to his line in 16:05 of ice time. The 23-year-old is playing some great hockey right now, as he's finished pointless just once in his past 11 appearances. He's close to averaging a point per game for the year with 12 points in 15 outings. The Devils have six games in the next nine days, so fantasy managers should consider adding Zacha to the roster.
