Tyson Jost Fantasy Stats

Minnesota Wild forward Tyson Jost will have a chance to log top-six minutes in Saturday's fascinating matchup against Carolina. He will replace Matthew Boldy (upper body). Jost has so far managed just one point in eight outings since joining Minnesota from Colorado a couple of weeks back. He's averaged only 12:32 of ice time and should play a lot more Saturday, which will give him a better opportunity to make an impact offensively. Nick Bjugstad takes Boldy's spot in the lineup and will center the fourth line, while Alex Goligoski also re-enters the lineup in defense.

Minnesota Wild forward Tyson Jost will make his team debut on Wednesday against Boston. He joined the squad on Tuesday via a trade from Colorado. Jost notched 14 points in 59 games for the Avalanche this season before making his exit. The 24-year-old has managed 45 career goals and 103 points in 321 appearances. He had a tough time earning meaningful minutes in Colorado and it won't be easy for him in Minnesota either. He'll kick off the new chapter of his career on the fourth line with Brandon Duhaime and Nick Bjugstad.

Colorado Avalanche forward Tyson Jost scored two goals on Thursday as his team beat the lifeless Los Angeles Kings 5-1. With the win, Jost and the Avalanche clinched first place in the Honda West Division and will play St Louis in the first round of the divisional playoffs. Jost centered Colorado's first line on Saturday, playing alongside Mikko Rantanen and Gabriel Landeskog. He will most likely center the third or fourth line once playoffs commence.
