Cam Cannarella Looking Comfortable at Triple-A

Miami Marlins outfield prospect Cam Cannarella has settled in at Triple-A Jacksonville, now batting .298 with five doubles and a home run in 16 games so far for the Jumbo Shrimp. The Marlins' seventh-ranked prospect also owns a stellar .429 on-base percentage thanks to an 18.6 percent walk rate, and he's also utilized his elite speed to the tune of six steals in six attempts. The Clemson product has surged through the Miami system since being drafted last year, cruising through High-A and Double-A already this year on his way to Triple-A. The chances of Cannarella having a fantasy impact in 2026 are slim, especially with fellow outfield prospects Kemp Alderman and Jonathan Long looming, and given the fact that the left-handed slugger isn't on the 40-man roster, but with the potential to be a multi-category contributor, he's a name worth watching in redraft leagues. The 22-year-old's dynasty arrow still points way up.

Cam Cannarella Showing Off Elite Speed So Far at Triple-A

Miami Marlins outfield prospect Cam Cannarella has produced since being called up to Triple-A Jacksonville. He has shown off his elite speed at Jacksonville with five stolen bases in 14 games with the Jumbo Shrimp. Cannarella is the No. 6 prospect for the Marlins and has a 60-grade run tool with a 55-grade hit tool. Between three levels of the minor leagues this season, Cannarella has 13 homers and 48 RBI in 244 at bats and has added 51 runs and 15 stolen bases while hitting .344. At age 22, the left-handed hitting Cannarella is showing off his skills in the minors, but might need more time at Triple-A before given an opportunity for a shot at Miami. He is okay to leave on the waiver wire at this point but could be useful in dynasty-league formats.

Cam Cannarella Continues to Trend Up, is He Worth Stashing?

Miami Marlins outfield prospect Cam Cannarella has held his own since being promoted to Triple-A in mid-July, now 12-for-43 (.279) with four doubles, a home run, and five steals through his first 11 games with Jacksonville. The Marlins' seventh-ranked prospect is striking out more than normal, 29.4 percent compared to just 13.3 percent at Double-A, but he's also been able to maintain a strong walk rate of 15.7 percent, which is similar to the 15.3 percent rate he posted at Double-A. Expect the strikeout rate to normalize over the remainder of the season, and the Clemson product could make a push for a late-season debut in the majors if all goes well. The 22-year-old hit a sizzling .344 with more walks than strikeouts during his time at Double-A, and with some injured/underperforming assets in the Miami outfield, the 22-year-old could make a case for another promotion. The 6-foot slugger isn't on the 40-man roster yet, and isn't necessarily a stash target at the moment, but he's certainly a name worth monitoring in fantasy leagues for his multi-category potential.

Cam Cannarella Not Slowing Down at Triple-A, On Verge of Potential MLB Debut

Miami Marlins outfield prospect Cam Cannarella turned in another stellar showing at Triple-A Jacksonville on Thursday and is now emerging as a worthy stash target across all standard leagues. Facing Triple-A Memphis, the outfielder swiped a bag and went 2-for-3 at the dish. Since moving up to Jacksonville (10 games), the Clemson product has been nothing short of dominant, posting a .308/.413/.487 slash line with a .900 OPS, four doubles, one home run and five stolen bases. The outfielder began the 2026 season at the High-A level but has quickly progressed through the Miami system. Across 52 games between High-A and Double-A, Cannarella held a .365/.443/.599 line with a 1.042 OPS. His five-category upside makes him a priority stash option in all 12-team leagues ahead of Week 19.

Cam Cannarella Looking Like Good Dynasty League Stash

Miami Marlins outfield prospect Cam Cannarella has made his way through three levels of the minor leagues this season and has produced in his latest promotion to Triple-A Jacksonville. In eight games with Jacksonville, Cannarella has one homer and two RBI with five runs scored and four stolen bases while hitting .290. Cannarella checks in as the No. 6 prospect in the Miami system and boasts a 55-grade hit tool and a 60-grade run tool. The left-handed hitter out of Clemson is a promising prospect, but having just made it to Triple-A might mean that he is a ways off from debuting for the Marlins. The 22-year-old is hitting .353 across three minor league levels to show off his promise, and he has added 14 steals. But the Marlins outfield has a lot of depth at the big league level, and the club might take a slower approach with Cannarella, meaning he might not debut until 2027 or 2028. He has a great skill set for fantasy, but he might be more of a dynasty league stash for now.

Cam Cannarella Slugging his Way to Second-Half Debut

Miami Marlins outfield prospect Cam Cannarella has yet to slow down since moving up to Triple-A Jacksonville and has put himself firmly on the stash radar in deeper redraft leagues. Cannarella earned the call to the team's top minor-league club last week and has continued to flash elite upside. Across six games with the Jumbo Shrimp, the young outfielder has held a .292/.393/.500 line with two doubles and a long ball. Cannarella began the season with High-A but has progressed through his system at a very impressive rate. Across 52 games shared between High-A and Double-A, the Clemon product held a .365/.443/.599 line with 12 round-trippers and nine stolen bases. His impressive play and quick transition to Triple-A have made him a worthy stash target in deeper 12+ team leagues as a late-season MLB debut is within reach.

Cam Cannarella Launches First Triple-A Home Run on Wednesday

Miami Marlins outfield prospect Cam Cannarella launched his first Triple-A home run in the first game of a doubleheader for Jacksonville on Wednesday. The Marlins' seventh-ranked prospect is now 3-for-19 (.158) in five games for the Jumbo Shrimp with a 4:6 BB:K and a stolen base. He earned a promotion after dominating at High-A and Double-A over the first half of the season, authoring a .363/.448/.596 slash line with 12 home runs, 10 steals, and more walks (31) than strikeouts (30). The former 43rd-overall draft pick is now on the doorstep to the majors, so fantasy managers need to pay attention to his progress. The Clemson product could make the case for a late-season debut if he gets going at Triple-A. Even if that doesn't become a reality, the 22-year-old's dynasty stock is soaring, and he could have a major impact in redraft leagues in 2027.

Cam Cannarella Opening the Door for Late-Season Promotion

Miami Marlins outfield prospect Cam Cannarella has been a fast riser within the team's system and is now just one stop away from joining Miami for a late-season playoff push. Cannarella has appeared in two Triple-A contests since joining them this week. After going 0-for-4 in his debut, Cannarella bounced back on Saturday, going 2-for-4 with a run and a stolen base. The former 42nd pick in the 2025 MLB Draft out of Clemson opened the campaign at the High-A level but has progressed quickly through the minor leagues. Across 52 games shared between High-A and Double-A, Cannarella posted an elite .365/.443/.599 line with a 1.042 OPS, seven doubles, 12 home runs, and nine stolen bases. While the Miami outfield is crowded, if Cannarella continues this pace, he will be in a great position to debut during the stretch run.

Cam Cannarella Moving Up to Triple-A After Impressive First-Half

The Miami Marlins are promoting outfield prospect Cam Cannarella to Triple-A Jacksonville, according to Fish on First. Cannarella is viewed as the team's No. 7 overall prospect on MLB.com and has turned in an impressive showing with High-A and Low-A over the opening months of the season. Cannarella opened the campaign with High-A, but needed only 19 games to prove he was ready to join the upper levels. With High-A, Cannarella posted a .394/.439/.577 slash line with three doubles and two stolen bases. Since joining Double-A, the Clemson product has carried a .344/.453/.607 line with a stellar 1.060 OPS, nine home runs and eight stolen bases. If he maintains this pace at Jacksonville, a late August MLB debut could be in play for the budding outfielder.
