Charles McAdoo Fantasy Stats

The Toronto Blue Jays are promoting infield prospect Charles McAdoo to the big leagues, per Jeff Passan of ESPN. McAdoo has spent time at every infield position other than shortstop this season at Triple-A, where he's hit .250/.356/.436 with eight home runs, 27 RBI, 31 runs scored, and six stolen bases across 202 plate appearances. McAdoo has consistently posted double-digit walk rates in the minor leagues, and he swiped 34 bases across 121 games at Double-A New Hampshire in 2025. McAdoo may not have a path to immediate playing time in Toronto, as the Blue Jays have Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Kazuma Okamoto locked into their corner infield spots and Ernie Clement solidly atop the second base depth chart. Still, McAdoo could provide fantasy managers with speed and some power if he can work his way into consistent playing time. In deeper leagues, McAdoo may be worth targeting on the waiver wire.

Pittsburgh Pirates outfield prospect Charles McAdoo has begun to settle in at Double-A. McAdoo joined Double-A Altoona on June 21 and has logged 23 games with a strong .284/.370/.534 line, five home runs, nine RBI, two stolen bases, and a 12:23 BB:K ratio. In his past two games, the San Jose State product has tallied five hits with one long ball and two RBI. The former 13th-round selection in last year's draft has progressed through the minor leagues very quickly as he opened the season at High-A but needed only 60 games to prove he was ready for a promotion. McAdoo could contend for a major league debut next season and is worth keeping a close eye on in dynasty formats.

Pittsburgh Pirates outfield prospect Charles McAdoo is moving up to Double-A Altoona. McAdoo has been performing very well this season at High-A and was rewarded with an early promotion. Through 60 games this season, the 22-year-old has posted a stellar .336/.415/.561 slash line with nine home runs, 52 RBI, and 14 stolen bases. Last season, the San Jose State product held a .302/.412/.510 line with five home runs, 24 RBI, and five swiped bags in a small 28-game sample size at Single-A Bradenton. The former 2023 draft pick is ranked as the number 30 prospect in the Pittsburgh system and is projected to make his major league debut sometime in 2026. However, with his recent promotion and due to how well he has performed in the lower levels of the minors, a 2025 debut is not out of the question.

The 22-year-old has launched four home runs across 23 games with a .309/.396/.531 line at High-A. Last season with Single-A, McAdoo hit five long balls in 28 games with a .302/.412/.510 line. In addition, he swiped five bags last season and has already matched that total this season. McAdoo is almost step-for-step with his strong 2023 numbers at a higher level of competition this season. The former 13th-round selection could very well make a case for a promotion to Double-A later this summer, as he has yet to hit any roadblocks in the minor leagues. McAdoo could become a name to monitor in dynasty leagues as he is showing power potential with an excellent batting average.
