Gabe Vincent  • PG  •  Lakers

Gabe Vincent Ruled Out Thursday Night

Los Angeles Lakers guard Gabe Vincent (oblique) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Trail Blazers, according to CBSLA's Mark Medina. Vincent has averaged 18.5 minutes per game in his 31 games for the Lakers this season, producing 4.3 points, 0.9 assists, 1.3 rebounds, and 0.8 steals per contest. Vincent's absence will open up more playing time and usage off the bench for Dalton Knecht and the recently acquired Shake Milton. Milton had six points and two rebounds in 10 minutes in his Lakers' debut on Tuesday.

Aaron Gordon  • PF  •  Nuggets

Aaron Gordon Listed As Out Friday Against San Antonio

Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon (calf) will miss his fifth straight game on Friday when the Nuggets host the Spurs. On Thursday, coach Michael Malone added that Gordon also likely won't return on Saturday when Denver takes on the Spurs again. In Gordon's absence, Russell Westbrook and Peyton Watson should continue to get more work. Watson has scored double-digit points in three of his last four games, averaging 11.8 points, 1.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.3 steals in 24.7 minutes per game. Watson will continue to be a viable streamer and DFS play for as long as Gordon is on the sideline.

Anthony Davis  • C  •  Lakers

Anthony Davis Ruled Out Against The Trail Blazers

Los Angeles Lakers center Anthony Davis (ankle) will miss just his second game of the season on Thursday night after being downgraded from questionable to doubtful earlier in the day. Davis has a 31.0% usage rate on the season and is averaging 26.1 points and 11.6 rebounds per game. Without Davis, look for LeBron James and Austin Reaves to carry even more of the workload while Rui Hachimura, Jaxson Hayes, and the recently acquired Dorian Finney-Smith get more minutes at center. Hayes hasn't played since mid-November with an ankle injury but is not on the injury report for Thursday.

Andrew Wiggins  • SF  •  Warriors

Andrew Wiggins Added To The Injury Report

Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) was added to the injury report as probable with what the team called "right hamstring tightness." While it still looks like Wiggins will play, it's worth noting since it's such a late addition for the Warriors starter. Wiggins has been struggling in his last three games since his big Christmas Day double-double. In his three games since then, he has shot just 31.3% and averaged just 7.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.7 blocks. His hamstring could be holding him back, so it's definitely something to monitor moving forward. If he misses time, Jonathan Kuminga, Kyle Anderson or even Moses Moody could pick up extra work.

Maxi Kleber  • C  •  Mavericks

Maxi Kleber Questionable Friday Against Cleveland

Dallas Mavericks forward Maxi Kleber (oblique) has been pressed into more work over the past few weeks, but now the veteran is listed as questionable for Friday's matchup with the Cavs. Kleber's increase in workload lately has come as a result of Naji Marshall's suspension and P.J. Washington's suspension and knee injury. Washington left Wednesday's game with a sprained knee and is questionable for Friday's game, Kleber played 30 minutes in that game, finishing with five points, two rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block. Kleber also got a start on Monday in Washington's absence and finished with eight rebounds, five assists, and two blocks, but no points in 32 minutes. If Kleber and Washington are both out Friday, Dwight Powell and Olivier-Maxence Prosper would have to fill in minutes at PF.

P.J. Washington  • PF  •  Mavericks

P.J. Washington Could Play Friday Against The Cavaliers

Dallas Mavericks forward P.J. Washington (knee, illness) left during the first half of Wednesday's game against the Rockets and was unable to return, but the veteran forward may be able to play on Friday after getting a questionable tag for the home matchup against Cleveland. Washington missed one game on the Mavs' recent road trip due to suspension but returned with a strong game on Monday with 28 points against the Kings. He had just six points and three rebounds when he left after just 16 minutes on Wednesday, and he could get more work while the Mavs look to fill in for Luka Doncic (calf). If Washington is unable to play, Maxi Kleber (oblique) would get more work if he can play through his own questionable tag. If both veterans are out, Dwight Powell and Olivier-Maxence Prosper would have to fill in more minutes at power forward.

Cam Thomas  • SG  •  Nets

Cam Thomas Active On Thursday

Brooklyn Nets guard/forward Cam Thomas (hamstring) will be in the lineup on Thursday against Milwaukee. The talented scorer has just returned from a hamstring strain and sat out Wednesday's contest against Toronto for injury management purposes. Thomas made his comeback from a 13-game absence in a bench role on Sunday against Orlando. Still, he provided plenty to fantasy managers in 25 minutes, notching 25 points with six rebounds and five assists. The Bucks know all about Thomas' quality after giving up 32 points to the 23-year-old in a 115-102 loss on Oct. 27.

Miles McBride  • PG  •  Knicks

Miles McBride Questionable For Friday's Matchup In Oklahoma City

New York Knicks guard Miles McBride (hamstring) was expected to get a spot start on Wednesday in place of Jalen Brunson (calf), but a the last minute McBride was replaced in the lineup by Cameron Payne. McBride was initially questionable and then ruled out due to a hamstring issue, which also has him questionable for Friday's game against the Thunder. McBride would be an interesting value play if he starts in place of Brunson and even has some value off the bench since he is averaging 9.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 3.0 assists in 24.5 minutes per game off the bench. If McBride is out, Payne would serve as the primary backup to Brunson unless Brunson is also out, which would open the door for Payne to get a second straight start. On Wednesday, Payne finished with eight points, nine assists, and three rebounds while logging 36 minutes against the Jazz.

Jalen Brunson  • PG  •  Knicks

Jalen Brunson Questionable For Friday Against The Thunder

New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson (calf) is questionable for Friday's game in Oklahoma City after missing his first game of the season on Wednesday against the Jazz. The Knicks still managed to win their ninth straight with Cameron Payne stepping in for Brunson and Miles McBride (hamstring), who was expected to start in Brunson's place but was also ruled out and is questionable for Friday. If Brunson plays, he's a great option in every format since he's averaging 25.2 points, 7.7 assists, 3.0 rebounds, and 0.8 steals per game while leading the Knicks with a 30.0% usage rate. If Brunson misses a second straight game, McBride would be a great DFS pivot if available, but if he's sidelined as well, Payne could be in line for another big night as a DFS value.

AJ Green  • SG  •  Bucks

AJ Green Skips Thursday's Game

Milwaukee Bucks guard AJ Green (back) will not be in the lineup on Thursday against Brooklyn. He will miss his second game of the season, with the team downgrading Green from questionable to out. Gary Trent Jr. figures to fill most of Green's minutes off the Milwaukee bench on Thursday. Following some early-season struggles, Trent Jr. finally found momentum in December, shooting 45.3 percent from deep en route to averaging 11.4 points in 24.9 minutes. However, his impact might be limited on Thursday, as Brooklyn gives up the fourth-fewest three-point attempts in the league.

Noah Clowney  • PF  •  Nets

Noah Clowney Unavailable On Thursday

Brooklyn Nets forward Noah Clowney (hip) has been ruled out ahead of Thursday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. Clowney is unsurprisingly out after suffering a hip contusion during Wednesday's loss to the Toronto Raptors. The absence of Clowney should mean more minutes for Jalen Wilson and Tyrese Martin on Thursday. Wilson has scored double digits in three straight games and should be worth a look as a low-end streaming option for Thursday.

Khris Middleton  • SF  •  Bucks

Khris Middleton Upgraded To Available Thursday

Milwaukee Bucks small forward Khris Middleton (ankle) will remain in the lineup for Thursday's tilt against Brooklyn. The veteran forward initially had a probable tag on the injury report, but the Bucks have now upgraded him to available. This will mark his 11th consecutive outing. Middleton had a strong finish to December after rejoining the starting lineup. He's posted 19.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 5.8 assists in five starts with excellent 55.6 percent shooting from outside.

James Harden  • SG  •  Clippers

James Harden Ruled Out On Thursday

Los Angeles Clippers guard James Harden (groin) has been downgraded to out ahead of Thursday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. He was listed as questionable coming into this game, but Harden will now miss his second game in a row. The absence of Harden should mean more minutes for Kevin Porter Jr., Bones Hyland, and Kris Dunn. Between the three, Porter is the best streaming option for Thursday's slate. Porter is coming off back-to-back duds, but before that he was playing fairly decent. He's worth a look as a streaming option with Harden unavailable on Thursday.

Giannis Antetokounmpo  • PF  •  Bucks

Giannis Antetokounmpo Will Play Against Nets

Milwaukee Bucks forward/center Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) will play against Brooklyn on Thursday. Milwaukee has upgraded him from probable to available. Antetokounmpo returned from a four-game absence on Tuesday to feast against Indiana. He recorded 30 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, and two steals across 35 minutes. The former MVP already boasts a pair of double-doubles against the Nets this season and looks set for another big game against a struggling team.

Kristaps Porzingis  • C  •  Celtics

Kristaps Porzingis Out On Thursday

Boston Celtics forward/center Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) will remain absent on Thursday against Minnesota. He has been downgraded from questionable to out, resulting in his fourth consecutive absence. Al Horford is looking at another start on Thursday due to Porzingis' absence. The veteran big man will look to bounce back from a pair of poor outings. He scored a total of five points on 2-for-19 shooting in meetings with Indiana and Toronto. Horford averages 9.4 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.3 assists as a starter for the campaign.

Jaylen Brown  • SG  •  Celtics

Jaylen Brown Sits Out Thursday's Game

Boston Celtics guard/forward Jaylen Brown (shoulder) has been ruled out for Thursday's contest against Minnesota. Brown will sit out at least one game after sustaining a shoulder injury on Tuesday versus Toronto. It's possible he might be ready to jump back into action on Friday against Houston. Brown's absence will likely lift Sam Hauser to the starting unit on Thursday, but Payton Pritchard should also benefit from his unavailability. Hauser has notched 11.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.5 steals across four starts in 2024-25.

Philadelphia 76ers forward Kelly Oubre Jr. (hand) is ruled out for Thursday's matchup with the Golden State Warriors. Oubre will miss his second consecutive contest due to a sprained left hand. While the 29-year-old is absent from the Sixers rotation, Kyle Lowry and Eric Gordon will continue taking on more minutes, while Reggie Jackson and Caleb Martin could see more scoring opportunities.

Andre Drummond Out Thursday Versus Warriors

Philadelphia 76ers center Andre Drummond (toe) is unavailable for Thursday's game against the Golden State Warriors due to a left toe sprain. After suiting up against the Kings on Wednesday, where he was on the floor for twenty minutes, the big man will sit the second half of back-to-back games on Thursday. With Joel Embiid (foot) questionable, Guerschon Yabusele and Adem Bona will likely see expanded roles this evening.

Paul George Not On Injury Report For Thursday

According to Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia 76ers forward Paul George is not on the injury report for Thursday's game against the Golden Warriors. George is coming off a 30-point game where he registered eight rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal over 36 minutes before fouling out of Wednesday's 113-107 loss to Sacramento. As usual, the 34-year-old is a must-start fantasy option in any format when he is available.

Joel Embiid Listed As Questionable For Thursday

According to Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (foot) is listed as questionable for Thursday's matchup with the Golden State Warriors. Embiid rested against the Kings on Wednesday and could play against the Warriors. If the 30-year-old is available, he is a must-start across all fantasy platforms. The veteran center has scored over 25 points in the last three games he's been on the floor. Guerschon Yabusele will gain streaming appeal for DFS managers if Embiid is out.
