Braelon Allen Set to Lead Jets Backfield in Week 4

Three games into the 2026 season, New York Jets running back Braelon Allen has recorded 19 carries for 61 yards and a touchdown while hauling in four receptions for 11 yards on five targets. Allen's workload has been limited by the presence of star Jets running back Breece Hall (quad). However, Hall has been ruled out for New York's Week 4 matchup against the Chicago Bears due to a quad injury. As a result, Allen could be poised to play a workhorse role in the Jets' backfield on Sunday. The third-year back has shown off a three-down skill set in limited opportunities to this point in his career, and he has the size (235 lbs.) to be a weapon in the red zone. Allen also has a favorable matchup on paper against Chicago, whose defense currently ranks 30th in the NFL in yards per carry allowed (5.1). With Hall sidelined, Allen profiles as a low-end RB2 option for fantasy managers in Week 4.

Michael Mayer • TE • Raiders

Michael Mayer Unlikely to Move the Needle in Week 4

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Michael Mayer is still getting targeted by Kirk Cousins, but Brock Bowers' return will cap his production against a tough Kansas City Chiefs defense in Week 4. Mayer was still on the field for over 70% of passing plays in Week 3 and caught a touchdown, but had just three receptions for 32 yards. Even with wide receiver Jack Bech (forearm) out for at least four games, Klint Kubiak's air attack will run through Bowers against a Chiefs passing defense that is allowing just 178.3 yards per game. Unless Bowers is sidelined again, Mayer doesn't produce enough week to week to move the needle in redraft fantasy leagues.

Kyler Murray • QB • Vikings

Rebound Potential For Kyler Murray Against Dolphins

After a mostly lackluster first full game with the Minnesota Vikings, quarterback Kyler Murray faces an excellent matchup against the struggling Miami Dolphins on Sunday. The former Arizona Cardinal looked jittery and didn't provide much of an immediate upgrade to a Minnesota passing game that has thrown for fewer yards than any other team, but he'll step into friendlier circumstances against the Dolphins this week. Miami is 30th in the NFL in pressure percentage, still doesn't have a sack this season, and has allowed points on 50% of their opponents' possessions. Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson (ankle) is out again after missing the majority of last week's game, but the matchup is good enough that Murray is worth considering in most formats against the Dolphins. He's RotoBaller's QB13 for Week 4.

Tre Tucker • WR • Raiders

Tre Tucker Unlikely to Make a Big Impact in Week 4

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker should get more involved in Week 4, but should fantasy managers play him against the Kansas City Chiefs? Tucker's target share could tick up since fellow receiver Jack Bech (forearm) is sidelined for at least four games. However, the return of All-Pro tight end Brock Bowers has already significantly cut into Tucker's opportunities, and he was held to just four receptions for 43 yards in Week 3. Additionally, the Chiefs' passing defense is allowing just 178.3 yards per game to start the season. Tucker's diminished usage is unlikely to tick up very much with Bech out, especially going up against a tough opponent. He may be a solid deep-league stash or flex option in other matchups, but Tucker is a sit candidate in redraft leagues in Week 4.

Aaron Jones Sr. • RB • Vikings

Prime Conditions For Aaron Jones Sr. Against Miami

Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones Sr. is facing what is likely to be his most favorable fantasy circumstances of the year when the Miami Dolphins visit U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday. The veteran not only has complete control of the backfield while backfield mate Jordan Mason (thumb) is on injured reserve, but he's now facing the 32nd-ranked defense against half-PPR running backs. The Vikings have certainly struggled themselves on offense, ranking dead last in yards gained, but Jones figures to get the lion's share of work against one of the NFL's worst teams. As quarterback Kyler Murray acclimates to a new offense, any semblance of a passing game should benefit Jones. He's RotoBaller's No. 14 running back in Week 4, making him a high-quality RB2 in most formats.

Brock Bowers • TE • Raiders

Brock Bowers Needs to Keep Rolling in Week 4

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers has returned just in time to help his team take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4. The former first-round pick made his season debut in Week 3 and did not disappoint, catching 10 of 14 targets for 116 yards with one touchdown in Vegas' 35-27 win against the New Orleans Saints. The division rival Chiefs are a different story, with a defense ranking sixth in the league against the pass (178.3 yards and two passing TDs allowed). However, Bowers has fared well against Kansas City in his career, catching 15 of 19 targets for 198 yards and one touchdown over two meetings. He is back to starter status in fantasy this week against a tough defense.

Jadarian Price • RB • Seahawks

Jadarian Price Ruled Out for Week 4 with Chest Injury

Seattle Seahawks running back Jadarian Price (chest) has been ruled out for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, per Gregg Bell of the Tacoma News Tribune. Price initially suffered a chest injury in Week 2. He played through the injury in Week 3, but lost a fumble and finished the game with five carries for 15 yards. Price began this past week as a limited practice participant, but was downgraded to non-participation on Thursday and will now be inactive on Sunday. It's not clear if Price re-aggravated the injury, or if the team simply came to the conclusion that he would be better off not trying to play through it. With Price sidelined, Seahawks running back Emanuel Wilson looks poised to be the team's lead back in Week 4.

Jordan Addison • WR • Vikings

Jordan Addison Becomes Vikings' Top Target Against Dolphins

Coming off his best game of the season, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison carries WR3/Flex potential into the team's Week 4 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. The former USC Trojan caught his first touchdown of the season and led the Vikings in receiving in a win last week at Tampa Bay, and now Minnesota approaches this week without star receiver Justin Jefferson (ankle). The Vikings' offense has looked bad, but Miami has bigger issues up and down the roster, and its defense has been no exception. The Dolphins have allowed points on half of their opponents' possessions, which is tied for last in the NFL, and they also rank in the bottom five in yards per play (29th), pressure percentage (30th), and sacks (32nd). Addison's solid performance last week, temporary status as the team's top receiver, and a lowly-ranked opponent give him lineup appeal. He's RotoBaller's WR29 for Week 4.

Ashton Jeanty • RB • Raiders

Ashton Jeanty a High-End RB2 in Week 4

Las Vegas Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty will shoulder his toughest workload yet when the Silver and Black host the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4. Despite still searching for his first rushing touchdown of the season, the second-year back ranks sixth in the NFL in carries (63) and 10th in rushing yards (206), and he adds 13 targets for 97 yards and two passing TDs. Jeanty is also carrying a massive workload, playing over 80% of offensive snaps through Week 3. The Chiefs have allowed fewer than 100 yards on the ground in three straight games, but Jeanty should still produce plenty given his versatile role. He is a high-end RB2 across fantasy formats in Week 4.

Kirk Cousins • QB • Raiders

Kirk Cousins a Risky Play in Tough Week 4 Matchup

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins has been a surprise success through three weeks, but will face his toughest test in Week 4 when the Kansas City Chiefs visit Sin City. The veteran signal-caller is tied for the most TD passes through Week 3 (nine), adding a 67.4% completion rate for 661 yards and just three interceptions. Though Cousins has an 8:1 TD:INT ratio against the Chiefs in his career, he is also 0-5 against them. Plus, Kansas City boasts a top-10 defense that is allowing just 178.3 passing yards per game. Cousins is still a solid waiver-wire add in two-quarterback fantasy leagues, but is a very high-risk play against this tough divisional opponent. Fantasy managers in standard formats should consider better matchups for their Sunday slates.

Jauan Jennings • WR • Vikings

Breakout Time For Jauan Jennings In Week 4?

It has been a quiet beginning of the season for Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jauan Jennings, but he could have a new opening when the team plays host to the Miami Dolphins now that star Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson (ankle) has been ruled out. The veteran receiver played 80% of offensive snaps last week after Jefferson departed, but the bigger issue is that the Vikings' passing game has struggled immensely. Minnesota ranks last in the NFL in net yards per attempt, though they face a Dolphins defense that has allowed points on half of opponents' possessions. The matchup looks great, and Jennings should see an uptick in snaps, but the state of the Vikings' passing offense is likely too risky for most formats until quarterback Kyler Murray clicks with his new team. Jennings has a pathway to more involvement, but as RotoBaller's No. 63 receiver this week, he's likely best saved for deeper formats.

T.J. Hockenson • TE • Vikings

Wayward Vikings Offense Limits Potential For T.J. Hockenson

The past few weeks have been a major struggle for the Minnesota Vikings offense, which dims the outlook for T.J. Hockenson ahead of a Week 4 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Currently, Minnesota ranks dead last in the NFL in total yards, passing first downs, and net yards per attempt, which makes the whole passing operation difficult to trust. Hockenson could see an uptick in usage now that star receiver Justin Jefferson (ankle) will miss the game, though the same circumstances didn't amount to much last week in Tampa Bay, as quarterback Kyler Murray looked skittish in his first full game of the season. With nine catches in three games, Hockenson is performing as a TE2, which is how he should likely be viewed again this week. He's ranked as RotoBaller's No. 23 tight end for Week 4.

Darren Waller • TE • Panthers

Darren Waller a Priority Streaming Option in Week 4

The Carolina Panthers' receiver room is battling injuries, but tight end Darren Waller should see more targets in Week 4. Waller was dealing with a toe injury leading up to Week 4, but was off the injury list and a full practice participant on Friday. The veteran has hauled in 10 receptions on 13 targets for 112 yards this season, and his target share should spike in Week 4 since receiver Xavier Legette (knee) is out and Jalen Coker (quad) is questionable to play. Detroit has struggled to contain tight ends this season and is allowing a league-high 299.3 passing yards per game. Even if Coker plays, Waller is a priority streaming option against a struggling Detroit D.

Dallas Goedert • TE • Eagles

Dallas Goedert Officially Ruled Out for Week 4

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert (knee) has officially been ruled out for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, per Zach Berman of The Athletic. Goedert suffered a sprained MCL in Week 2 and was given a multi-week return timeline at the time of the injury, so it's not a surprise that he will return to action in Week 4. The Eagles did not place Goedert on Injured Reserve, which indicates that the team thinks he has a chance to return within four games of the injury. However, Week 4 will be his second straight game on the sidelines, and he's not guaranteed to return in Week 5 either. Philadelphia will also be without star wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) on Sunday, leaving the team down its two top pass-catchers. Eagles wideouts Dontayvion Wicks and Makai Lemon are likely to see increased workloads, and tight end Zach Ertz could be a deep-league streamer option for fantasy managers in Week 4.

Will Reichard • K • Vikings

Will Reichard Brings Starting Potential In Week 4

Minnesota Vikings kicker Will Reichard can be considered a solid starting option when his team plays host to the Miami Dolphins in Week 4. So far, the All-Pro kicker has been excellent, hitting all seven of his field goal attempts and all six of his extra points to rank fourth among fantasy kickers. The Vikings' offense is coming off one of its worst offensive stretches since it hired head coach Kevin O'Connell in 2022, but the Dolphins have struggled in virtually every area, and they rank 27th against fantasy kickers. Minnesota's blueprint of harassing opposing teams with exotic blitzes and doing just enough on offense hasn't been pretty, but it's keeping Reichard playable in any format that starts a kicker. He's ranked as RotoBaller's No. 10 kicker for Week 4.

Tetairoa McMillan • WR • Panthers

Tetairoa McMillan Has High Upside in Week 4

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan could get more work in Week 4 against the Detroit Lions, which could help him rebound from a quiet Week 3 performance. McMillan caught just 2-of-5 targets for a measly 17 yards in a 21-18 loss to the Cleveland Browns, but his target share should go up with fellow wideout Xavier Legette (knee) ruled out and Jalen Coker (quad) listed as questionable. Detroit's passing defense is allowing a league-high 299.3 yards per game, which opens the door for Bryce Young to find McMillan downfield early and often. The former first-round pick is a high-upside WR2 in Week 4.

Chuba Hubbard • RB • Panthers

Chuba Hubbard a Must-Start in Week 4

The table is set for Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard to have a big Week 4 against the Detroit Lions. Hubbard has had a steady start to his 2026 campaign after a thigh/hamstring strain in the preseason, but he broke out in Week 3 with 19 carries for 93 yards and a receiving touchdown. The Lions are allowing 117.3 rushing yards per game and have allowed the most explosive plays through Week 3 (8.8%). Plus, his versatile offensive playing abilities give Bryce Young another target against a Detroit defense that is allowing the most passing yards in the NFL this season. Hubbard is a lock to start in Week 4 across fantasy formats.

Lamar Jackson • QB • Ravens

Lamar Jackson Off the Injury Report, Will Play in Week 4

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (back) is off the injury report and good to go for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Jackson popped up on the Ravens' injury report as a limited practice participant on Wednesday due to a back issue. However, the 29-year-old practiced in full on both Thursday and Friday and will be on the field for Baltimore on Sunday. Across the first three weeks of the 2026 season, Jackson has completed 69.7% of his pass attempts for 745 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception while also rushing for 124 yards and a touchdown on 17 attempts. Now that he's officially active, Jackson profiles as a high-end QB1 option for fantasy managers against Tennessee in Week 4.

Bryce Young • QB • Panthers

Bryce Young Should Bounce Back in Week 4

Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young has a shot at a bounce-back performance when his team faces the Detroit Lions on Sunday night. The former first-overall draft pick led the league with 939 passing yards after Week 3, but also completed just 54.2% of his passes for 291 yards with one touchdown and one interception in a 21-18 loss to the Cleveland Browns. He was also nursing a knee injury following the loss, but was a full participant at Friday's practice. Week 4 offers a golden opportunity to right the ship, given the Lions have allowed the most passing yards per game (299.3) and the second-most passing touchdowns (9) to start the 2026 season. Young is QB10 in RotoBaller's position ranking, and the upcoming matchup makes him a must-start for Week 4.

Zay Flowers • WR • Ravens

Zay Flowers Limited in Practice on Friday, Questionable to Play in Week 4

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable to play in his team's Week 4 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, per Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. Flowers practiced in full on Wednesday and Thursday, but he was downgraded to limited on Friday and will now carry an injury designation into the weekend. The 26-year-old injured his hamstring in Week 1 and missed Week 2 as a result. While Flowers returned for Baltimore's Week 3 win over the Dallas Cowboys, he was on a snap count. If Flowers is active in Week 4, it seems likely that Baltimore would continue to be cautious with his workload. Flowers has been remarkably productive despite the nagging injury, recording 10 catches for 234 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets across two games. He remains a must-start wide receiver if active, but fantasy managers may want to downgrade their expectations slightly for Week 4.
