Dallas Goedert News
Already one of the best tight ends in the NFL, Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is looking to improve his route-running and releases this offseason and has spent more time with the team's wide receivers. The 28-year-old was on his way to a career season in 2022 before suffering a shoulder injury that sidelined him for five games in the middle of the year. In the 12 regular season games he did play in, Goedert had 55 catches for 702 yards and three touchdowns. He caught six of seven targets for 60 yards in the Super Bowl. Goedert likely would have hit 1,000 yards receiving and made his first career Pro Bowl if he had stayed healthy. He is a top-five fantasy tight end in one of the best offenses in football, and if he gets even more separation on his routes in 2023, he'll be even that much more dangerous.
Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert caught 6-of-7 passes and gained 60 yards during the team's 38-35 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII. It was the most targets the 28-year-old had seen since Week 18 of the regular season, and it was a solid showing. Goedert missed five games from Weeks 11-15 this past regular season and did not get to play with quarterback Jalen Hurts again until Week 18. Before his injury, the sixth-year tight end was one of the most reliable fantasy options at the position and should enter the 2023 offseason viewed as a top-five tight end with top-three upside. While wide receiver DeVonta Smith saw his role increase during his absence, Philadelphia is capable of supporting three top-tier pass catchers for fantasy purposes.
Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert will take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII this Sunday. The 28-year-old has amassed 11 targets over the past two playoff games, tallying 81 yards and a score. While Travis Kelce will be the favorite DFS option for many this weekend, Goedert still possesses a ton of fantasy value as either the cheaper option at the tight end position or as a FLEX. Philadelphia has not done much through the air the past few games, but they have not needed to as their run game dominated opposing defenses. A blowout against Patrick Mahomes is not likely, however, so Goedert and the rest of the Eagles' passing attack should be heavily involved. With Kansas City allowing the 10th-most fantasy points per game to the tight end position this past regular season and their secondary having their hands full with A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, the fifth-year tight end possesses plenty of fantasy upside.

The Zach Ertz Era is clearly in the rearview mirror with Philadelphia Eagles fans and fantasy football managers. Dallas Goedert has solidified himself as the top tight end on the NFC Champions and one of the top tight ends in fantasy football. If he did not miss five games due to a shoulder injury, Goedert would have recorded his second-straight 800-yard year in 2022. His 55-702-3 line was possibly disappointing to some of his fantasy managers, but the stats still made Goedert a top-10 fantasy...
