Reilly has missed seven games because of a concussion, and his heart condition was discovered during concussion testing. The 31-year-old is expected to continue his career following the procedure, but Islanders general manager Lou Lamoriello said on Monday that Reilly could be out for "several months." Reilly has made 11 appearances this season, failing to score a point. The Islanders have also missed Adam Pelech (upper body) and Alexander Romanov (upper body) from defense lately, but the latter might be back on Tuesday versus Calgary. Romanov is regarded as a game-time decision for the contest.

Reilly, who joined from Ottawa on April 11, has been a nice addition to the Bruins squad, picking up six points in his first 11 games for the team. He has notched 25 points in 51 games for the whole year. Bizarrely, Reilly has yet to score a goal in 2020-21 despite firing off 92 shots.

Ottawa Senators defenseman Mike Reilly tallied an assist in Thursday's 4-1 loss to Montreal, reaching 15 points for the year. Most of them (8) have come since the start of last month, so the 27-year-old is quietly having a good offensive spurt. He has notched all of his points via assists and combined with Josh Norris to set up Connor Brown for a power-play goal on Thursday. Reilly lacks value in season-long fantasy formats, but he should currently be considered a cheap under-the-radar DFS pick. He'll be back in action in a rematch against the Canadiens on Saturday.
