Cade Cunningham Ruled Out For Saturday
Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham (hip) has been ruled out ahead of Saturday's game against the Orlando Magic. Cunningham suffered a joint sprain during Thursday's game against the Charlotte Hornets. As a result, Cunningham will sit out on Saturday, but hopefully it'll only be a one-game absence. It'll be interesting to see what the Pistons do without Cunningham in the rotation. Jaden Ivey figures to do a majority of the ball handling while Malik Beasley and Marcus Sasser figure to see bigger roles in the rotation. Beasley has been hot lately and is worth rostering in most fantasy formats right now.

Joel Embiid Considered A Game-Time Decision
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (knee) is currently being considered a game-time decision ahead of Friday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. Embiid is currently dealing with a knee injury and is going to test it out pre-game before making a final decision. He didn't participate in shootaround on Friday after re-aggravating his knee during Wednesday's game. The absence of Embiid would mean more playing time for Andre Drummond. The veteran center has been a viable fantasy option whenever Embiid is sidelined. He'll be worth a look if Embiid is unable to play.

Jerami Grant Tagged As Questionable For Friday
Portland Trail Blazers forward Jerami Grant (illness) is listed as questionable ahead of Friday's game against the Houston Rockets. Grant was a late addition to the injury report due to an illness. The Blazers are likely going to wait until closer to tip-off before making a final decision on his status. If he sits, Deni Avdija figures to see an increased role in the rotation. Avdija has been better lately as he's scored double digits in three of his last four games. The absence of Grant would make Avdija worth a look for Friday's slate.

Al Horford Unavailable On Friday
Boston Celtics center Al Horford (illness) has been ruled out ahead of Friday's game against the Washington Wizards. The veteran big man was a late addition to the injury report due to an illness. It doesn't sound like a serious issue and should only be a one-game absence. The absence of Horford should mean more minutes for Neemias Queta and Luke Kornet in the rotation. Neither player is an ideal fantasy option, but Queta could be worth a look due to his rebounding ability.

Coby White Listed As Probable On Friday
Chicago Bulls guard Coby White (neck) is listed as probable while dealing with cervical tightness in his neck. The guard popped up on the injury report, but it seems to be more of a formality since he's still expected to play. White was able to play 31 minutes against the Bucks in their last game on Wednesday and posted 14 points, two rebounds, and two assists. If, for some reason, White gets downgraded before tip-off, Ayo Dosunmu would likely move into the starting five while Dalen Terry sees some added minutes.

Jordan Hawkins Set To Return On Friday
New Orleans Pelicans guard Jordan Hawkins (back) has been listed as available on Friday. He'll take the floor against the Golden State Warriors for the first time since November 6. He's been dealing with lower back strain which kept him out of the last seven games. Brandon Ingram (ankle) has also been deemed active for this contest, but with plenty of starters still injured, Hawkins should see plenty of minutes and opportunities. There hasn't been any word on whether he needs to be on a minute restriction for his first game back.

Brandon Ingram Available On Friday
New Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram (ankle) has been upgraded from questionable to available ahead of their Friday night tip-off against the Golden State Warriors. The Pelicans have been forced to throw out lineups full of bench and two-way players due to their huge injury report. Luckily, Ingram will be available to play on Friday after just a one-game absence due to an ankle sprain. He should see heavy minutes while their injury report is still filled with most of the starters.

Stephen Curry Probable On Friday Against Pelicans
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry (knee) is listed as probable for Friday's NBA Cup game against the New Orleans Pelicans. The superstar shooter is tending to bursitis in his left knee, but it's not bad enough to keep him off of the court it seems. While Curry's scoring hasn't been on the same level as recent seasons, his efficiency, passing, and rebounding numbers are all up right now. Fantasy managers can confidently deploy him to all lineups regardless of format.

Cam Thomas Available Against 76ers
Brooklyn Nets guard Cam Thomas (back) is dealing with lower back tightness, but has been upgraded from probable to available on Friday. He'll take part in the NBA Cup game against the Philadelphia 76ers and help the team make the knockout stages. Thomas is putting up career highs across almost all categories this season while the Nets embrace their rebuild. He's posting 24.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 2.9 threes per game.

Joel Embiid Added To Injury Report On Friday
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (knee) was a late addition to the injury report ahead of their Friday night game against the Brooklyn Nets. The former MVP is listed as questionable due to left knee injury management. Usually, injury management is the reason he misses back-to-back games, but the team hasn't played since Wednesday and their next game after this one is on Sunday. Fantasy managers will want to stay tuned for any updates leading up to the 7:00 PM game time. If he's unable to play, Andre Drummond will start again with Guerschon Yabusele getting big minutes too.

Nicolas Claxton Now Listed As Probable Against 76ers
Brooklyn Nets center Nicolas Claxton (back) has been upgraded from questionable to probable for Friday night's NBA Cup game against the Philadelphia 76ers. The 25-year-old has battled a handful of injuries already this year, so returning from his three-game absence is great news. His minutes have fluctuated a lot, and he has only started in five of the 11 games he's played. He could be going up against a 76ers team without Joel Embiid (questionable - knee), so his value may increase if that's the case.

Dorian Finney-Smith Upgraded To Probable On Friday
Brooklyn Nets forward Dorian Finney-Smith (ankle) was listed as questionable while he deals with a left ankle sprain, but has since been upgraded to probable ahead of Friday's tip-off. Finney-Smith will continue to start against the struggling Philadelphia 76ers as he's been in the starting five even while fighting ankle issues. So far this season, he averages 11.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.0 steals per game, and has been viable in deeper category fantasy leagues.

Wendell Carter Jr. Out Against Lakers
Orlando Magic center Wendell Carter Jr. (foot) will not suit up against the Lakers on Thursday. This marks his 10th consecutive absence as he deals with plantar fasciitis in his left foot. The Magic haven't provided a timetable on when he will return. The 25-year-old has been missed as he has consistently contributed when on the floor, averaging 8.3 points and 8.8 rebounds this season. With Carter still out, Moritz Wagner, Jonathan Isaac, and Goga Bitadze will continue to see an uptick in minutes.

Anthony Davis Available Versus Magic On Thursday
According to ESPN's Dave McMenamin, Los Angeles Lakers center Anthony Davis (foot) is set to play on Thursday against the Orlando Magic. The 31-year-old has been managing a foot injury for some time, so fantasy managers should not anticipate a quick resolution. However, he is expected to continue to suit up in games, barring setbacks. Davis is having an MVP-worthy season, averaging a career-best 30.7 points, 11.4 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks while shooting 41.4% from beyond the arc.

Rui Hachimura Unavailable Thursday
Per Dave McMenamin of ESPN, Los Angeles Lakers forward Rui Hachimura (ankle) will not suit up against the Orlando Magic on Thursday. Hachimura has missed four consecutive contests due to a sprained right ankle. With the 26-year-old out, Dalton Knecht will remain a strong fantasy option as he posted 37 points, five rebounds and one steal in 38 minutes during Tuesday's 124-118 win over the Jazz.

Yves Missi Listed As Questionable For Friday
New Orleans Pelicans center Yves Missi (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Golden State Warriors. Although Missi was cleared to play in Wednesday's loss to the Cavaliers, he continues to deal with lingering soreness in his left shoulder, which may prevent him from participating in Friday's matchup. In his previous game, he scored 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds. The 20-year-old rookie has been a key contributor this season, averaging 7.0 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks in 23.2 minutes per game. If he is unavailable, Jeremiah Robinson-Earl and Trey Jemison could see more minutes in his place.

CJ McCollum Not Likely To Play Friday
New Orleans Pelicans guard CJ McCollum (adductor) is listed as doubtful for Friday's game against the Golden State Warriors. McCollum has been out since Oct. 29 due to a right adductor strain but has been cleared for practice, indicating he could be nearing a return. If he remains sidelined for Friday's matchup, Brandon Boston Jr. and Elfrid Payton might take on additional minutes. McCollum has made a strong impact in his four appearances this season, averaging 18.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 2.3 steals per game, though fantasy managers may need to exercise patience as his recovery continues.

Brandon Ingram Questionable For Friday
New Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram (ankles) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Golden State Warriors due to bilateral ankle sprains. The 27-year-old missed Wednesday's contest against Cleveland but could return Friday. If Ingram remains sidelined, Brandon Boston and Elfrid Payton are likely to see increased opportunities. Ingram, who is averaging 23.2 points per game this season, recently posted 17 points and five rebounds against the Dallas Mavericks. Managers should monitor his status closely.

Ja'Kobe Walter Ready To Go Thursday
Toronto Raptors shooting guard Ja'Kobe Walter (shoulder) will return to the lineup on Thursday versus Minnesota. He's been out of commission for two weeks with a shoulder injury. Walter has only seen limited action during his rookie campaign, but the injury-hit Raptors will be happy to know that they will have another healthy body available. In four appearances, Walter has posted 2.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in 12.3 minutes. He currently doesn't have any fantasy value.

Donte DiVincenzo Available Thursday
Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Donte DiVincenzo (back) will be in action on Thursday against Toronto. He was initially listed as questionable for the game. Coming off the bench, DiVincenzo has been hit-and-miss in fantasy basketball this season, averaging 9.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.3 assists. He had 15 points with five triples last time out against Phoenix but faces a tough task in keeping the threes coming, as the Raptors have limited opponents to 33.9 percent shooting from behind the arc this season.
