Ravens
Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill crossed the goal line in a 28-14 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card round. The change-of-pace back caught a touchdown pass from Lamar Jackson as he improvised and escaped the pass rush at the end of the second quarter. Hill finished the game with six carries for 12 yards and four receptions for 13 yards and a touchdown on four targets. Derrick Henry was dominating the run game, so Hill didn't see as many opportunities with a 39% snap share. Hill will try to find the end zone again in the divisional round against either the Buffalo Bills or Houston Texans.

Justice Hill Active For Saturday
Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion) is officially active ahead of Saturday's Wild-Card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Hill will be back in the mix after missing the last two games due to a concussion. He has cleared the league's concussion protocol and should have his normal workload during Saturday's game. Normally, Hill doesn't see many carries with Derrick Henry getting a majority of the carries in the backfield. However, Hill does have four receptions or more in three of his last five games. He should be able to get involved as a pass-catcher, but it probably won't be enough to warrant using him in DFS contests.

Justice Hill Looks To Be On Track To Playing In Wild-Card Round
Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion, illness) was upgraded to a full practice on Wednesday after he kicked off the week on Tuesday with a limited practice. Hill missed the final two games of the regular season due to a concussion that he suffered in Week 16 while also dealing with an illness. It appears the 27-year-old is feeling much better, although he still will need clearance from an independent neurologist later this week to return to play on Saturday night when the team hosts the visiting division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers in the wild-card round of the postseason. When healthy, the pass-catching specialist has limited fantasy upside as the change-of-pace option behind lead back Derrick Henry. However, the Ravens were the highest-scoring offense in the NFL in 2024, and Hill did set career-highs in receptions (42) and receiving yards (383) in 15 games.

Justice Hill Back At Practice On Tuesday
Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion/illness) returned to practice on Tuesday after missing last week's game against the Cleveland Browns with a concussion and illness. Hill suffered a concussion in the Week 16 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. While the 27-year-old has played second-fiddle to Derrick Henry this season, he has been important in the passing game with 42 receptions for 228 yards and a touchdown in 2024. With Zay Flowers (knee) banged up and at risk of missing the Wild Card matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Hill could be asked to do more as a pass-catcher on Saturday. The statuses of both players are worth monitoring.

Justice Hill Ruled Out For Week 18
According to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network, Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion/illness) has been ruled out for Saturday's contest against the Cleveland Browns. Hill will now miss his second-straight contest. During the week he was unable to take the practice field and will set his sights on returning in the opening round of the postseason. As a result, Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali will operate as the backup options behind workhorse Derrick Henry. Throughout the season, Hill has seen most of his work on passing downs. He has seen at least three targets in seven games and even saw five or more in five of them. Fantasy managers should not view Ali or Mitchell has viable options in this game as Henry should see the vast majority of attempts.

Justice Hill Misses Another Practice On Thursday
Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion, illness) missed the team's final practice of the week on Thursday, meaning it's likely he'll be inactive for the Week 18 regular-season finale on Saturday against the division-rival Cleveland Browns, which would lead to a bigger role for Keaton Mitchell. Hill did not suit up for the Week 17 blowout win over the Houston Texans on Christmas Day last Wednesday. Head coach John Harbaugh said earlier this week that the team was expecting the 27-year-old pass-catching RB to return to action for the final regular season game, but after three missed practices, Baltimore will most likely list Hill as out on the final injury report on Thursday. Mitchell would see change-of-pace work behind starter Derrick Henry if Hill is out again on Saturday but would be a stretch as a starting lineup option in fantasy.

Justice Hill Remains Sidelined On Wednesday
According to Jamison Hensley of ESPN, Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion/illness) is not practicing on Wednesday. Hill was also listed as a non-participant during Tuesday's estimated report and is in danger of missing Saturday's game. Hill also sat out last weekend and may miss his second-straight contest if he is unable to practice in some capacity on Thursday. Throughout the season, Hill has been deployed as the No.2 running back in the Baltimore offense and as the change-of-pace option behind Derrick Henry. Hill has seen at least three targets in seven games this season and tallied at least 30 receiving yards in each of these games. If Hill cannot return on Saturday, Keaton Mitchell will move up to the No.2 spot.

Justice Hill Sits Out Tuesday's Practice
Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion, illness) was listed as a non-participant in the first Week 18 practice on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Rasheen Ali (hip) was listed as limited. Hill suffered a concussion in Week 16 and was unable to play in last week's blowout win over the Houston Texans on Christmas Day on Wednesday. Head coach John Harbaugh said on Monday that the team was expecting the 27-year-old to play in the Week 18 regular-season finale this Saturday against the division-rival Cleveland Browns, but it appears that Hill hasn't quite passed the league's concussion protocol. Derrick Henry is Baltimore's clear lead back, but with Hill still not practicing, the rest of the team's backfield is up in the air heading into the matchup against the Browns. Hill will need to practice on either Wednesday or Thursday to have a shot at playing on Saturday. If he's out again, Keaton Mitchell should be the RB2.

Ravens Say Justice Hill Will Play On Saturday
Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said on Monday that running back Justice Hill (concussion, illness)is just sick and will be available to play in the Week 18 regular-season finale on Saturday against the division-rival Cleveland Browns. Hill did not play on Christmas Day last Wednesday in the blowout win over the Houston Texans due to a concussion, but he's apparently cleared the league's protocol and will play in a game that the Ravens must win to clinch the AFC North division title. The 27-year-old could have his practice repetitions limited this week, and as long as he doesn't suffer a setback, he should return to his role as the change-of-pace, pass-catching option behind starter Derrick Henry in Baltimore's backfield. In half-PPR scoring, Hill has averaged 7.1 points in 15 games in 2024 with 47 carries for 228 yards and a TD while adding 42 catches for 383 yards and another three touchdowns.

Justice Hill Ruled Out Against Texans
Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion) did not practice at all this week and has officially been ruled out for Wednesday's Christmas Day game against the Houston Texans. This was the expectation after Hill suffered a concussion in last Saturday's divisional win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. With a quick turnaround in Week 17, Hill was never expected to clear the league's concussion protocol. He will now hope to recover in time to play in the Week 18 regular-season finale against the division-rival Cleveland Browns on Sunday, Jan. 5. Derrick Henry will continue to operate as Baltimore's clear lead back versus the Texans on Wednesday, with Keaton Mitchell and rookie Rasheen Ali seeing expanded roles as change-of-pace options behind Henry. Neither Mitchell or Ali will likely see enough touches to warrant standalone fantasy value.
