Lowry, who has spent his entire nine-year NHL career in Winnipeg, was an alternate captain for the first time last season, along with Josh Morrissey and Mark Scheifele, who will both continue to wear the "A" in 2023-24. He'll be expected to lead by example on and off the ice from here on out.
