Carl Grundstrom Fantasy Stats

Philadelphia Flyers right wing Carl Grundstrom (illness) missed Sunday's practice, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. The Swedish forward was dealing with an illness, putting his status for Monday's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning in doubt. Grundstom had an impressive four-game goal streak last month and has lit the lamp seven times in total across 17 appearances this season. He has also contributed one assist while racking up 50 hits. With Travis Konecny (knee) and Bobby Brink (upper body) also hurt, the Flyers may have to start the new week of action without three regular forwards.

Los Angeles Kings winger Carl Grundstrom made a successful return to the lineup on Saturday, finishing a 4-2 victory over Ottawa with two goals. This was his first appearance since Nov. 13. Grundstrom has now scored in both of his last two outings, getting to five goals for the season. He's also had one assist in 13 games with 26 shots and 25 hits. Grundstrom isn't a factor in fantasy hockey, but it will be interesting to see if he can stretch his streak even longer on Tuesday against the Ducks.
