Toronto Maple Leafs forward Noel Acciari (undisclosed) won't play Saturday against Ottawa after getting hurt in Friday's matchup versus Carolina. The 31-year-old power forward was taken out by a high hit from Carolina's Jesse Puljujarvi. Acciari managed to log only 5:39 of action and had two hits and one shot in the game with a minus-one rating. Acciari, who started the season with St. Louis, has totaled 13 goals and 21 points in 67 games and sits ninth in the league with 211 hits.

Florida Panthers forward Noel Acciari came out of nowhere to score a hat trick in Saturday's 6-2 win over Nashville. The 29-year-old headed into the contest without a single point in 14 games this season but ended up having a special performance, which included a team-high five shots. Acciari had a nice 20-goal year for the Cats last season in 68 games, but he doesn't get many chances to impress on a Florida team that features a number of much more talented forwards. The former Boston Bruin is currently on the fourth line, so fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to replicate his Saturday's performance any time soon.
