Nashville Predators right wing Philip Tomasino (upper body) is set to return to the lineup Thursday against Arizona. The 21-year-old was forced to miss Monday's game against Vancouver with an upper-body injury but has recovered quickly and will play his 11th game of the season. Tomasino has done pretty well in limited action, posting two goals and four assists with 19 shots on goal and 11 hits. Nashville has a number of forwards missing with injuries, so Tomasino could get an opportunity in the top six.

Before leaving, the 21-year-old managed to score his second goal of the campaign in a power-play situation. An update on Tomasino's status is expected prior to Monday's contest versus Vancouver. Tomasino, who's a former first-round draft pick, started out the season in the AHL and was playing only his 10th NHL contest of the year Saturday. He's done well in limited action, amassing six points with 19 shots on goal and 11 hits.
