Brandon Leibrandt Shines In Relief In His Major League Debut
Miami Marlins rookie pitcher Brandon Leibrandt made his major league debut on Sunday out of the bullpen and was excellent. He pitched four innings, allowing just one hit and one walk. He struck out one, inducing three ground outs and three fly outs. It's unclear what Leibrandt's role will be going forward, but he's likely earned some more innings out of the bullpen after today's strong effort.
