Michael Arroyo Looking Like Strong Stash Candidate

Seattle Mariners infield/outfield prospect Michael Arroyo has adjusted well since being promoted to Triple-A Tacoma on July 7. In 32 games with Tacoma, Arroyo has hit .286 with six homers and 27 RBI to go with 26 runs scored. The 21-year-old, with the ability to play infield or outfield, is quickly rising up the prospect rankings for Seattle and is now the No. 3 prospect in the Mariners' system. He boasts a 55-grade hit tool and 50-grade power and speed. He's totaled 15 stolen bases between Double-A Arkansas and Tacoma and has proven he can be a threat on the base paths. With his position versatility, look for Arroyo to get an opportunity at some point this year with the big league club. When he does, he should be a good addition to fantasy squads because of his all-around game and his power-speed combination.

Michael Arroyo Could Be Next Prospect to Earn the Call in Seattle

Seattle Mariners middle-infield prospect Michael Arroyo has fared well at Triple-A Tacoma since his promotion and could be next in line for a call-up to Seattle, following in the footsteps of Tacoma teammate Brock Rodden. Arroyo has played in 31 games for Tacoma this season and has six homers and 27 RBI while hitting .295. Arroyo, the right-handed hitter out of Colombia, is the No. 3 prospect on the Mariners list. The infielder has a balanced profile with a 55-grade hit tool and power with 50-grade speed. At age 21, he could be ready for his next step to the majors but might need a little more time at Triple-A. Nonetheless, he is looking like a good stash candidate and one that could reward fantasy managers with five-category production given an opportunity to make his MLB debut.

Michael Arroyo Making the Case for MLB Call-Up

Seattle Mariners second base/outfield prospect Michael Arroyo was already hitting well since his promotion to Triple-A, but the power potential has been on full display as of late. The Mariners' fourth-ranked prospect has belted a home run in three of his last four contests for Tacoma; he's now hit eight doubles, a triple, and six home runs in 26 games with the Rainiers. The 5-foot-10 Colombian is slashing a robust .327/.395/.582 during his time at Triple-A, while striking out at a better-than-average rate of 17.8 percent (8.5 percent walk rate), and he's stolen two bases thus far. The right-handed hitter has played a lot of outfield this year, in addition to his usual second base, which should give him multiple paths to the majors. At the moment, however, there is no room on the major league roster, so a call-up does not appear to be imminent. Nevertheless, the 21-year-old's skillset makes him one of the better offensive stash options out there, so managers with an NA spot available could tuck him away there in hopes of a late-season debut.

Michael Arroyo Producing at Triple-A But Has Tough Path to MLB Playing Time

Seattle Mariners second base/outfield prospect Michael Arroyo has been good since his promotion to Triple-A Tacoma, batting .324 in 24 games with the Rainiers to go with four homers, 22 RBI, and 22 runs scored. Arroyo is the No. 5 prospect in the Mariners system and boasts a 55-grade hit tool with 55-grade power and a 50-grade run tool. The 21-year-old second base/outfielder is making a real push for a chance at an MLB debut. Cole Young is currently atop the depth chart at second base for Seattle, and the outfield is full of some veteran players. Barring an injury, it might be a hard path to clear playing time for Arroyo. He's looking like he might be a wait-and-see at this point, especially after Seattle traded for Taylor Ward in the outfield. Arroyo, at just 21 years old, is showing great signs at Triple-A, so the Mariners may want to give him a shot at the big leagues, but it's difficult to stash him late this season.

Michael Arroyo a Higher-End Stash Amid Triple-A Surge

Seattle Mariners infield/outfield prospect Michael Arroyo continues to impress at Triple-A Tacoma, producing four multi-hit performances in his last six games for the Rainiers and drawing more walks and hit-by-pitches (five) than strikeouts (four) during that time. In all, the 5-foot-10 Colombian is hitting .337 with a .921 OPS through 22 games since his promotion to Triple-A. The Mariners' fourth-ranked prospect began the season at Double-A, and his ability to compete at the minors' highest level along with his positional versatility (2B, OF) could earn him a late-season debut in the majors, too. With solid contact and power along with an ability to steal bases, the 21-year-old has the makings of a potential multi-category contributor for fantasy, so the right-handed hitter should be considered a high-end stash option in deeper 12+ team leagues.

Michael Arroyo Heating Up in Quest to Make Big-League Debut

Seattle Mariners second base/outfield prospect Michael Arroyo was recently promoted from Double-A Arkansas to Triple-A Tacoma and is producing with two homers and 13 RBI in just 12 games with Tacoma. Altogether in the month of July, between the two levels, Arroyo is hitting .395 with four homers, 19 RBI, and 19 runs scored. Arroyo, the No. 5 prospect in the Mariners' system, can play second base or outfield, so he offers some positional flexibility for a potential call-up to Seattle. The Mariners are well stocked at the big league level with Cole Young manning second base and boast a loaded outfield. But Arroyo, the talented right-handed hitter out of Colombia, is producing in his age-21 season, and fantasy managers would be wise to add the talented youngster whose 55-power and 55-hit tool could be on display before the end of the season.

Michael Arroyo Flashing Upside at Triple-A

Seattle Mariners infield/outfield prospect Michael Arroyo earned a promotion to Triple-A back on July 7 and has looked like he belongs there, collecting a hit in eight of the 10 games he's played in, going 17-for-45 (.378) with three doubles, a triple, two home runs, and a pair of stolen bases. He's struck out eight times in 51 plate appearances, which is just a 15.7 percent rate (84th percentile), so the 21-year-old does not appear overmatched in that regard either. The Mariners' fourth-ranked prospect offers a solid hit tool with some power to go along with it and some speed to boot, making him an intriguing fantasy asset in both redraft and dynasty formats. At this rate, a late-season debut in the majors looks possible, so managers in deeper leagues could consider stashing him, but if that doesn't happen, look for a productive 2027 in the majors from the 5-foot-10 Colombian.

Michael Arroyo Off to Hot Start at Triple-A, In Position for Late-Season MLB Debut

Seattle Mariners infield prospect Michael Arroyo was recently promoted to the Triple-A club and has not slowed down since moving up to the top ranks. Thorugh is first six contests with Tacoma, the team's No. 4 prospect has held a .346/.406/.731 line with a dominant 1.137 OPS. During this stretch, Arroyo has launched two long balls and swiped two bags. He spent the majority of the first half with Double-A Arkansas, where he carried a .287/.364/.456 line with 12 doubles, 10 home runs, and 13 stolen bases. Fantasy managers in deeper leagues should continue to pay close attention to his production as he has put himself firmly on the stash radar. He may only need a brief seasoning at this level before being given the green light to join the Mariners for the final stretch.

Michael Arroyo to Join Triple-A Tacoma, Emerging as Viable Stash Candidate?

Seattle Mariners infield prospect Michael Arroyo was promoted to Triple-A Tacoma earlier on Sunday evening, according to Daniel Kramer of MLB.com. Arroyo is currently viewed as the team's No. 5-ranked prospect and the overall No. 45 prospect on MLB.com. The infielder has spent the first half of the season in Double-A and is being rewarded with an early promotion. Across 65 games with Double-A Arkansas, Arroyo has posted a strong .287/.364/.456 line with 12 doubles, 10 home runs, and 13 stolen bases. Last summer, Arroyo split his time between High-A and Double-A, where he carried an overall .262/.401/.433 line with 17 home runs and 12 stolen bases. While an MLB debut may not occur until late in the season, his five-category profile makes him a worthy stash candidate in deeper 15-team leagues with N/A spots as he is now on the doorstep of the majors.

Michael Arroyo Quickly Ascending in Seattle's System

Seattle Mariners second base prospect Michael Arroyo is quickly ascending the system and nearing Triple-A. In 2025, Arroyo began the season at High-A but needed only 65 games to move up to Double-A Arkansas. With High-A, Arroyo posted a .269/.422/.512 line with 14 doubles, 15 home runs, and three stolen bases. Through his first 56 games at the Double-A level, the team's No. 5-ranked prospect continued to perform at a high level, posting a .255/.376/.341 line with two home runs and nine stolen bases. While his power production declined, he still showed an elite eye at the plate, holding a 39:30 K:BB. Additionally, Adam Jude of The Seattle Times reported that Arroyo began seeing time in the outfield during winter league games, which could open even more opportunities for the young hitter. Managers should monitor his progress as he could earn an early-season promotion to Triple-A.
