McCarthy is a solid depth outfielder in five outfielder leagues and should provide a substantial stolen base output throughout the summer and should also stabilize your batting average. He is also worth a look at in favorable matchups in DFS.

The 26-year-old left-handed hitter and thrower struggled in his time with Arizona over 86 games before being sent down, hitting .245/.325/.331 with only two home runs, 14 RBI, 26 stolen bases and 33 runs scored in 291 plate appearances. However, he was tearing the cover off the ball at Reno in 45 games and could provide fantasy managers with some stolen bases in deeper leagues to close out the 2023 season.
