Logan Henderson a Must-Roster Player While Up With the Brewers

Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Logan Henderson got called up to the big league club after Brandon Woodruff (shoulder) landed on the 15-day IL on April 30 and Jacob Misiorowski (hamstring) tweaked his leg in the same week. Misiorowski is slated to pitch Friday, May 8; however, Woodruff remains on the IL, which allows Henderson another turn, potentially two or three through the rotation to try and earn his spot long-term. Henderson is no stranger to MLB, having been called up in 2025 and starting five games with a 1.78 ERA over 25 1/3 innings for the Brewers. That being said, the Brewers sent him back down to Triple-A, and in his start on May 3 against the Nationals in place of Woodruff, Henderson was excellent, striking out eight batters, allowing two earned runs, three hits, and no walks in six innings pitched. The Brewers historically have been hesitant to give Henderson a long leash to stay in the rotation, but through seven career MLB starts, dating back to last season, he has a 2.43 ERA and 0.96 WHIP in 33 1/3 innings pitched, so if Henderson continues to prove that he belongs, the Brewers may have no choice but to keep him up. Regardless, Henderson is a must-add off the wire for the time being, given his success through seven career MLB starts and his top-100 MLB pipeline rank pedigree.

Logan Henderson Recalled to Start on Sunday

Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Logan Henderson was recalled from Triple-A Nashville on Sunday and will start the team's series finale against the Washington Nationals, according to Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Henderson will fill the team's starting rotation spot vacated by veteran right-hander Brandon Woodruff (shoulder), at least temporarily. The 24-year-old made a start during the team's doubleheader against the Kansas City Royals back on April 4 and struggled, allowing two earned runs on three hits while walking one and striking out three in just two innings of work. Henderson otherwise spent the first month of the 2026 campaign at Nashville, where he allowed only two earned runs on 12 hits while walking nine and striking out 26 in 17 2/3 frames over five outings (three starts). With Henderson potentially sticking in the Brewers' rotation for the foreseeable future if he handles himself well, he's worth consideration as a waiver-wire pickup for fantasy managers in need of starting arms. Henderson is only rostered in 17% of Yahoo leagues. In his five starts in his first taste of the majors in 2025, Henderson had a sparkling 1.78 ERA and 0.99 WHIP with 33 K's and only eight walks in his five starts.

With Potential Injury News Looming, Logan Henderson a Priority Stash in All Formats

Milwaukee Brewers pitching prospect Logan Henderson continues to be one of the top pitchers to stash for fantasy baseball while being downright dominant for Triple-A Nashville to begin the year. The Brewers' sixth-ranked prospect made his longest appearance of the season in his last outing, throwing 67 pitches (46 strikes) over five innings of one-run ball while striking out nine batters. The right-hander now owns a 1.02 ERA, 1.19 WHIP, and a 26:9 K:BB over 17 2/3 innings pitched. A 12.3 percent walk rate is a bit out of character for the former fourth-rounder after coming into the season with a 7.1 percent walk rate during his minor league career to that point, but he's still posting a strong 23.3 percent K-BB%. With Quinn Priester, who had a strong 2025 campaign, currently in the midst of a rehab assignment at Nashville, Henderson may have some competition the next time a rotation spot opens up, but he offers far more strikeout upside, and the 24-year-old is worthy of stashing in all formats. It is worth noting that Brewers pitcher Brandon Woodruff exited his start on Thursday in the second inning after seeing a significant dip in velocity compared to his previous starts, so the time is now to grab Henderson from the waiver wire.

Logan Henderson Continues to Soar Atop Stash Rankings in Week 5

Milwaukee Brewers right-handed pitching prospect Logan Henderson continues to perform at a high level at Triple-A and is on the verge of returning to the major leagues. Since returning after his one spot-start with the Brewers this season, Henderson has logged 9 2/3 innings (three outings) with a near-perfect 0.93 ERA, 1.34 WHIP, and a 12:7 K:BB. While his command has not been perfect, Henderson has been able to show high-end strikeout upside while limiting the damage in the box score. Last summer, Henderson made his MLB debut and looked more than comfortable in his first five MLB starts, carrying a 1.78 ERA and a 0.99 WHIP over 25 1/3 innings. Currently, the Brewers do not have a clear opening for the young right-hander, but given his prior success in the majors and current dominance at Triple-A, he is a top candidate to put in an "N/A" spot in deeper 12-team leagues in Week 5.

Logan Henderson Shining at Triple-A, Closing in on Return to the Majors?

Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Logan Henderson recently moved into the MLB.com top-100 prospects list, but more importantly, the right-hander has continued to pitch well at Triple-A Nashville to begin the season. The Brewers' sixth-ranked prospect owns a sterling 0.71 ERA with a 1.18 WHIP and a 17:8 K:BB in 12 2/3 innings this season, and could be nearing a return to the majors. The right-hander already made one start for the Brewers earlier this month and showed well in his debut last year when he posted a 1.78 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, and a 25.3 percent K-BB% over five starts. The 24-year-old has historically displayed strong strikeout production with above-average control, which is an enticing makeup for fantasy. Likely to be recalled the next time Milwaukee needs a starter, Henderson is worthy of stash consideration for managers looking for pitching help.

Logan Henderson Emerging as Sneaky Pitching Prospect to Stash

Milwaukee Brewers right-handed pitching prospect Logan Henderson is emerging as a top pitching prospect to stash, given his dominance at Triple-A Nashville. Henderson made a spot-start for the Brewers earlier this season but logged only two innings of work before being sent back down to Triple-A. However, with the top level of the system, Henderson has been near-perfect and could be given a longer leash in his next MLB stint. Through 12 2/3 innings with Triple-A this season, the right-hander has posted an incredible 0.71 ERA with a 1.18 WHIP. He has struck out 17 hitters but showed shaky command at times, walking eight batters. Currently, the Brewers' rotation is full at the moment, but Henderson is quickly establishing himself as the next man up in this pitching staff. Given his impressive run at Triple-A, Henderson is worth stashing in an "N/A" spot on deeper rosters in 12+ team leagues.

Logan Henderson is Starting Second Game of Doubleheader

Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Logan Henderson will draw the start during the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Kansas City Royals. Henderson was called up as the 27th player for this twin-billing. The 24-year-old posted promising numbers during his time with the Brewers last season. He registered a 1.78 ERA, 0.98 WHIP, and a 33/8 K/BB ratio across five starts. Henderson recorded five strikeouts over three innings of work during his first appearance with Triple-A Nashville this season. He's not expected to pitch deep into this game with Brandon Sproat following him out of the bullpen. Henderson has good long-term upside, but isn't an ideal streaming option for Saturday's slate.

Logan Henderson a Stash Candidate in Deeper Leagues?

Milwaukee Brewers pitching prospect Logan Henderson should be a name for fantasy managers to keep an eye on in the early going of the 2026 season. Although the right-hander was optioned to Triple-A earlier this month, he'll surely be one of the first names considered when Milwaukee needs pitching help. The former fourth-round draft pick debuted last year with good results, posting a 1.78 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, and an elite 25.3 percent K-BB% over five starts with the big league club. The 24-year-old looked good again in limited action this spring, allowing just one earned run in six innings pitched (1.50 ERA) with a 0.50 WHIP and a 4:0 K:BB. Fantasy managers with available bench space or even an NA slot should consider stashing the Brewers' seventh-ranked prospect ahead of his eventual call-up. Henderson is available in almost 80 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

Logan Henderson Optioned to Triple-A

Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Logan Henderson was optioned to Triple-A Nashville on Thursday, according to Adam McCalvy of MLB.com. Henderson made his major-league debut with the Brew Crew last year and looked great, allowing only five earned runs on 17 hits (three homers) while walking eight and striking out 33 in 25 1/3 innings over his five starts. It's a disappointment that he won't be in the team's Opening Day starting rotation after allowing an earned run on two hits with no walks and one strikeout in four Cactus League innings this spring. The good news for fantasy managers that decide to stash Henderson in deep-mixed and NL-only leagues is that he'll probably be one of the first to be called up from the minors if a big-league starting-rotation spot is needed. Henderson has a history with elbow issues, but when healthy, he makes for a deep-league sleeper who has a nasty changeup.

Logan Henderson Slated for Return to Game Action on Friday

Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Logan Henderson (elbow) is scheduled to pitch two or three innings in a game on Friday, per Brewers beat writer Sophia Minnaert. Henderson experienced some elbow soreness in early March but seems to have avoided a major injury. The 24-year-old made his MLB debut in 2025 and dominated in a small sample size, recording a 3-0 record with a 1.78 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, and 33 strikeouts across 25 1/3 innings (five starts). Henderson's spring injury setback likely means he will open the season in the Minors as he builds up to a full starter's workload. Milwaukee also has a stockpile of MLB-quality pitching depth, which could delay Henderson's return to the big leagues even further. However, the young right-hander should be able to force his way to the Majors sooner rather than later if he can stay healthy and pitches as he did in 2025.
