Atlanta Braves pitcher Touki Toussaint was sent down to Triple-A Gwinnett on Friday. The move follows a rough outing on Thursday where he allowed three earned runs on four hits and three walks over 2 1/3 innings. Toussaint has appeared in 24 games for the Braves this year, making only one start. He has a 5.62 ERA and 1.68 WHIP with 46 strikeouts and 26 walks over 41.2 innings. While there's a good chance he joins the Braves again later this year, there's no need to hold him on your roster for now.

The 22-year-old might not be up for long, but he earned his second win of the season by allowing one run in four innings while striking out six and lowering his ERA to 6.35 in relief of Kevin Gausman, who was ejected. Toussaint threw 76 pitches, so he may be sent right back to Gwinnett for a fresh arm. The right-hander is the team's No. 6 prospect, per MLB Pipeline, and has a lot of fantasy upside, but only if he's in the rotation. Despite his lackluster numbers overall between the majors and minors this year, the Braves have a lot of confidence in him, so he's worth stashing in dynasty/keeper leagues.

Wilson opened the year with Atlanta and made one start before posting a 5.40 ERA with 16 strikeouts and three walks in 16 2/3 innings on the farm. He won't have much redraft value in Atlanta this time, though, as he's expected to pitch out of the bullpen. Toussaint had pitched six scoreless innings of relief in his first outing, but he gave up seven runs in just 1 1/3 innings on Saturday, the worst start of his career. The right-hander is a top-10 prospect in the Braves system, but he'll need to demonstrate better command if he's to stick in the Braves rotation at some point this season. Keep monitoring him in deep mixed and NL-only leagues, while he's worth stashing in keeper formats.
