This season, Toussaint has struggled in the minor leagues with the Braves. He's posting a 6.26 ERA, 1.61 WHIP and 53/25 K/BB ratio over 41 2/3 innings at Triple-A Gwinnett. Right now, this move shouldn't concern fantasy managers. However, this could end up being a nice move for the Angels down the road.
