The Las Vegas Raiders signed defensive tackle Andrew Billings to an undisclosed deal on Monday, according to his agency. Billings, a fourth-round pick by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2016, played in only six games for the Cleveland Browns last season and had one combined tackle. He latched on with the Miami Dolphins practice squad after he was cut by the Browns, but he didn't play at all. The 26-year-old previously played in three seasons with the Bengals and racked up 49 solo tackles, 14 tackles for loss, 12 QB hits and 3.5 sacks in 47 games (37 starts) in that time. Billings opted out of the 2020 season due to concerns about COVID-19.
