Hart went down after a collision and immediately went to the locker room upon sustaining the injury. The fifth-round rookie from Notre Dame has carved out a role on the Chargers with Asante Samuel Jr. (shoulder) on injured reserve, but the team might have to go even further into its depth chart if Hart misses time.
According to Tyler Dragon of USA Today, Los Angeles Chargers defensive back Cam Hart (concussion) was forced from Sunday's 40-17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and did not return.
