Quentin Johnston News
Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Quentin Johnston only made one catch in a 27-24 overtime loss to the Tennessee Titans in Week 2. Johnston saw two targets, making the one catch for seven yards. The Chargers passing game spread the ball around to nine different targets, focusing on Keenan Allen and Mike Williams for eight catches each, not leaving much for any other pass catchers. Johnston has the talent to be a serious factor in the NFL, but fantasy managers will need to continue to be patient with him before they see consistent results.
Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Quentin Johnston could see more action in Week 2 against the Tennessee Titans. In Week 1, Johnston was targeted three times, making two catches for just nine yards. The Chargers mostly relied on their running backs, but they'll likely need to throw more often against a weak Titans secondary. Johnston is still well behind Keenan Allen and Mike Williams on the wide receiver depth chart, but he may have already passed Joshua Palmer. Johnston has huge upside, but patience will most likely be needed through these early weeks.
Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Quentin Johnston made his NFL debut on Sunday and came up with two catches. He was targeted three times, and gained just nine yards total. The Chargers went with a very run-focused offensive attack, not leaving much in terms of opportunities for their receivers. Still, Johnston did receive one more target than Joshua Palmer, a good sign for his future usage in what should be a strong offensive team.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston joined a crowded wide receiver room when he was selected No. 21 overall in the 2023 NFL Draft, but he could have more value than fantasy gamers realize. While Johnston will presumably start his rookie campaign behind Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, that duo has missed a combined 11 games last season, and are often on the injury report. With Williams and Allen in and out of the lineup in 2022, Joshua Palmer finished as the WR41 overall and...
