Pearsall is going to go down as a non-participant in practice for the second straight day, which doesn't bode well for his availability on Sunday in the Wild-Card playoff game on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles. The 25-year-old missed six games earlier this year due to a PCL sprain in his right knee, and he aggravated the injury in Week 17. The former first-rounder did not play in the Week 18 regular-season finale against the Seattle Seahawks last Saturday and is on the wrong side of questionable to be active for the first round of the playoffs. If Pearsall misses Sunday's game, Jauan Jennings, Demarcus Robinson, and Kendrick Bourne could all see more targets in the passing game in a tough matchup against Philly's defense.

He recorded four games with multiple touchdowns this season and had more outings with a touchdown grab (nine) than without (five). Now that Adams is back, he profiles as a high-end wide receiver option in the first round of the postseason for fantasy managers in playoff leagues.

Jordan Love Set to Return for Favorable Wild-Card Matchup

After suffering a concussion early in his team's Week 16 loss to the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love missed the final two games of the 2025 season. However, Love is off the injury report and ready to go for his team's Wild Card Weekend rematch against Chicago. The 27-year-old was very solid when healthy this season, completing 66.3% of his pass attempts for 3,381 yards, 23 touchdowns, and six interceptions. Chicago's defense was generally a favorable matchup for quarterbacks throughout the regular season, allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to the position. Fantasy managers in playoff leagues may feel the need to be cautious about trusting Love coming off the injury, but he could be a sleeper option at the quarterback position in the first round of the postseason.

The 28-year-old proved the ability to provide stable production, earning at least five targets in 10 out of his final 11 games of the season. Jennings also established himself as a red zone threat, scoring six touchdowns over his final six outings. Particularly with fellow 49ers wideout Ricky Pearsall (knee, ankle) battling injuries, Jennings appears poised to remain in his team's WR1 role for their Wild Card Weekend matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles. While Jennings may not carry explosive production upside, he's a solid bet for somewhere between five to seven targets and should get some looks in the end zone. Fantasy managers in playoff leagues should view Jennings as a solid wide receiver option entering the postseason.

With fellow 49ers' wideout Ricky Pearsall (knee, ankle) uncertain to be available for the team's Wild Card Weekend matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, Robinson could play a key role. With Pearsall sidelined in Week 18, Robinson played a season-high 88% of San Francisco's offensive snaps. However, 49ers wideout Ricky Pearsall's (knee, ankle) status for the team's Wild Card Weekend matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles is in doubt as he battles a PCL sprain in his knee. If Pearsall is held out, Bourne could see a larger role in the 49ers' passing game. Pending Pearsall's availability, Bourne could be a low-end option for fantasy managers in playoff leagues.

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee) was limited again in practice on Thursday. Kincaid should be ready to go for the Wild-Card playoff tilt on Sunday against the hosting Jacksonville Jaguars. The 26-year-old missed some time due to injury in 2025, but he was still the team's second-leading receiver with 571 yards in 12 games, and he led the Bills with five touchdown grabs. Kincaid is coming off a three-catch, 48-yard game in the regular-season finale against the New York Jets in a game in which quarterback Josh Allen didn't play behind the first snap. He should be considered firmly in the TE1 mix for fantasy managers competing in playoff leagues while going up against a Jaguars defense that allowed the 10th-most half-PPR points per game to opposing TEs. Kincaid was tied for 11th at the position this year with 8.9 half-PPR fantasy points per game.

Omarion Hampton to be "Involved Some" in Thursday's Practice

Los Angeles Chargers offensive coordinator Greg Roman said that rookie first-round running back Omarion Hampton (ankle) will be "involved some today" in practice on Thursday, according to Daniel Popper of The Athletic. "We're going to wait and see on that. He's working through his process with the medical group. He's engaged. He's ready mentally with the game plan," Roman said. The 22-year-old did not practice at all on Wednesday. It's a good sign that Hampton will be on the field on Thursday, but it still sounds like his availability for Sunday night's Wild-Card game against the New England Patriots is very much up in the air. It's especially concerning that the North Carolina product is on the injury report after being rested in the Week 18 regular-season finale. Hampton suffered a fractured ankle back in Week 5 and didn't return from IR until Week 14. On top of his injury concern, Hampton and the Chargers are facing a tough Pats run defense, making Hampton a shaky low-end RB1 in fantasy.

Matt Prater Practices in Full

Updating a previous report, Buffalo Bills kicker Matt Prater (quadriceps) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, according to Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News. Prater was a DNP in the first practice of the week on Wednesday after he aggravated a right-quad injury in the Week 18 regular-season finale against the New York Jets. The 41-year-old veteran missed Weeks 16 and 17 due to the injury, but it appears he's making good progress and will have a good chance to play on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Wild-Card round of the playoffs. As a fallback option, Buffalo signed Matthew Wright to their practice squad on Tuesday. Prater seemingly is on the right side of questionable for this weekend's game right now, but he'll be a pretty risky fantasy option against a Jags team that allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing kickers in 2025.

Jawhar Jordan Misses Practice With High-Ankle Sprain

Houston Texans running back Jawhar Jordan (ankle) did not practice due to a high-ankle sprain on Thursday, according to Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Sports. Jordan suffered a high-ankle sprain in the Week 18 regular-season finale against the Houston Texans and will be a serious question mark to be ready to play by Monday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers in a Wild-Card playoff matchup. Before the 26-year-old got hurt in Week 18, he had taken over the RB2 role in Houston over veteran Nick Chubb. Chubb was a healthy scratch for the regular-season finale. If Jordan cannot play this week, Chubb will almost certainly dress on Monday to provide backfield depth behind rookie Woody Marks. Jordan only appeared in four games during the regular season in his second year in the NFL, carrying the ball 43 times for 193 yards and no touchdowns.

DJ Moore Ready to Face Packers in Wild-Card Matchup

Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore (knee) is good to go for Saturday night's Wild-Card game against the division-rival Green Bay Packers after being removed from the injury report on Thursday, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Moore finished second on the team with 682 receiving yards and was tied for the team lead with six touchdowns in 17 games during the regular season. The 28-year-old also had five catches for a season-high 97 yards and a touchdown in the big overtime win over the Packers in Week 16. In two games since then, though, Moore has a combined two catches for 18 yards. Moore can break big plays, but his floor is dangerously low, as evidenced by five games in 2025 with either one or zero catches. He profiles as a boom/bust WR2 on Wild-Card weekend in playoff leagues, especially with Rome Odunze (foot) returning after a five-game absence.

Rome Odunze Will Return for Wild-Card Game on Saturday

Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze (foot) is off the injury report and is set to return to action on Saturday night against the division-rival Green Bay Packers in the Wild-Card round of the postseason, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. It will be Odunze's first game action since Week 13 due to a stress fracture in his foot. Despite missing five straight games, the 23-year-old second-year pass-catcher finished third on the Bears with 661 receiving yards, and he was tied for the lead with six touchdown grabs. The former first-rounder scored five of his six TDs in the first four weeks of the season before hitting a wall. Odunze's drop in production may have had something to do with his foot injury, but regardless, he enters postseason play as a shaky WR4/flex option in fantasy leagues. In his absence for the last five weeks, rookie WR Luther Burden III and rookie tight end Colston Loveland have been the team's go-to receiving options.

Matt Prater Back at Practice, "Pretty Confident" he'll be Ready

Buffalo Bills kicker Matt Prater (quadriceps) was seen at the portion of practice open to the media on Thursday, and The Buffalo News' Katherine Fitzgerald reports that Prater is "pretty confident" that he'll be ready to go for Sunday's Wild-Card tilt on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 41-year-old veteran placekicker aggravated a right-quad injury in the Week 18 regular-season finale against the New York Jets. It's the same injury that caused him to miss Weeks 16 and 17. For insurance, the Bills added Matthew Wright to their practice squad earlier this week. It sounds like Prater is planning to play this weekend, but he could be listed as questionable on the team's final injury report on Friday. Prater was the 24th-ranked kicker in overall fantasy points in 2025, and he'll face a tough matchup if he's active. The Jags allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing kickers.

Ty Johnson Still Not Practicing

Buffalo Bills running back Ty Johnson (ankle) was not seen at the portion of practice open to the media on Thursday, according to ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg. Johnson was also listed as a non-participant during Wednesday's walkthrough practice, putting him in danger of missing Sunday's Wild-Card playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 28-year-old got more run in the Week 18 regular-season finale on Sunday against the New York Jets, but he suffered an ankle injury that has kept him out of the first two practices this week. Johnson isn't a realistic starting fantasy back when healthy as the RB3 behind James Cook and Ray Davis. If he doesn't play this weekend, though, it could open up a bigger complementary role for Davis, who had 21 carries for 151 rushing yards against the Jets, also adding a receiving touchdown.

Marshon Lattimore Arrested on Multiple Charges

Washington Commanders cornerback Marshon Lattimore was arrested on Wednesday night in Lakewood, Ohio, on charges of carrying concealed weapons and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, according to police. "We have been made aware of the arrest and are gathering more information. We are in communication with the NFL League Office and have no further comment at this time," the Commanders said in a statement. The 29-year-old defensive back suffered a season-ending ACL injury in November of 2025 and played in only nine games for the Commanders this year as a result. The four-time Pro Bowler won Defensive Rookie of the Year back in 2017 with the New Orleans Saints after he was taken 11th overall that year out of Ohio State. Lattimore could be facing a short suspension for his actions to begin the 2026 campaign.

Joshua Palmer Not Seen at Thursday's Practice

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Joshua Palmer (ankle) was not seen at the portion of practice open to the media on Thursday, according to Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN. Palmer played over 80 percent of the offensive snaps in the Week 18 regular-season finale against the New York Jets, but he has yet to practice this week and is in danger of missing the Wild-Card tilt this Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 26-year-old wideout missed Weeks 13-15 with an ankle injury, but it's unclear if he's dealing with an aggravation of that injury or a new one. Either way, Palmer's status is up in the air for this weekend. He has not been on the fantasy radar all year in his first season in Buffalo, catching just 22 of 37 targets for 303 yards and no touchdowns. If Palmer is inactive against the Jags, it will open more playing time for Brandin Cooks, Gabe Davis, and Tyrell Shavers.

Jalen Coker an Intriguing WR2 for Wild-Card Weekend

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker got a late start to the 2025 season while recovering from an injury, but he quickly established himself as the WR2 behind rookie first-rounder Tetairoa McMillan, finishing the regular season with 33 catches on 43 targets for 394 yards and a career-high three touchdowns in 11 games played in his second NFL season. Coker hasn't been flashy by any means and was not a top-50 wideout in terms of half-PPR points per game, but he is rolling into the postseason having scored three times in the last five games. He'll be an interesting low-end WR2 option for fantasy managers against the visiting Los Angeles Rams on Wild-Card weekend this Saturday. Coker caught four of six targets for 74 yards and a touchdown in the upset win over L.A. on Nov. 30, and the Rams defense allowed the 11th-most half-PPR points per game to opposing receivers during the regular season.

Tommy Tremble • TE • Panthers

Tommy Tremble Set for Bigger Role Going into Playoffs

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble will be the team's top pass-catching tight end going into the playoffs with Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle) on Injured Reserve. With Sanders out in the Week 18 regular-season finale against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tremble caught three of his four targets for 38 yards and just his second touchdown of the year. The 25-year-old was the team's third leading receiver in the loss to Tampa. In 17 regular-season games with Carolina in 2025, Tremble caught 27 of his 37 targets for 249 yards and two scores. He'll still be more of a dart throw as a TE streamer in fantasy football playoff leagues when the Panthers take on the visiting Los Angeles Rams on Wild-Card weekend this Saturday. The Rams defense has been in the middle of the pack in terms of fantasy points allowed to opposing TEs this year, and they've allowed the eighth-fewest total yards (775) to the position.

Chuba Hubbard • RB • Panthers

Chuba Hubbard in a Rut Going into Playoffs

Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard opened the 2025 season with double-digit carries in his first six games. Since then, he's seen double-digit carries just once in nine games as Rico Dowdle has pretty much taken over as Carolina's lead back. The 26-year-old has 134 carries for 511 yards (3.8 yards per carry) and only one touchdown, adding 30 receptions for 223 yards and three receiving touchdowns on 39 targets. Fantasy managers probably won't have much confidence in Hubbard as an RB2 going into the Wild-Card playoff matchup on Saturday against the Los Angeles Rams. In the last four games, Hubbard has just 23 carries for 78 yards (3.4 yards per tote) and seven catches for 29 yards. He'll be stuck in a timeshare with Dowdle again this weekend against a Rams defense that allowed just six rushing TDs to RBs during the regular season, the third-fewest in the NFL.
