It's just hard to imagine any team, no matter how desperate, wanting to give up much for Bagent before they make moves in free agency and the upcoming NFL draft. If Bagent is traded, he wouldn't be guaranteed a starting role going into Week 1 and would have to win a QB competition in training camp.

Bagent has been serviceable given the fact he hails from a Division 2 school, and his ability to use his legs makes him a low-end QB2 option in superflex leagues against a very beatable Panthers defense on Thursday night. In his first four NFL games with Fields injured this year, Bagent has gone 74-for-110 (67.3 percent) for 697 yards, three touchdowns and six interceptions.
