Colorado Rockies starting pitching prospect Jack Mahoney tossed his first complete-game shutout of the season, allowing just two scattered hits, no walks, and four strikeouts. The 22-year-old has looked quite strong since June 1 has he holds a 1.35 ERA, 0.75 WHIP, and a 3:18 BB:K ratio in three starts (20 innings). Overall, through his first taste of Single-A ball this summer, the former 2023 third-round selection holds a 3.20 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, and a 13:66 BB:K ratio in 70 innings.
