The Cincinnati Bengals and second-round linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr. agreed to a four-year rookie deal on Saturday with almost 80 percent fully guaranteed at signing, sources told FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. It is the first time in NFL history that the 49th overall pick has had guarantees in Year 4 of his contract. Knight is now under contract just in time for the team's rookies to report to training camp on Saturday.
