Granted, with Tee Higgins (concussion) sidelined, there were a few extra targets up for grabs. However, Burrow should continue to look in Chase's direction often in Week 14 versus the Bills, a club that has struggled defensively of late. That likely won't change even if Higgins is back in the equation.

Fortunately, Burrow will be back after suffering a toe injury in the Week 2 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. While the 25-year-old and Joe Flacco (shoulder) appeared to have a good thing going, Burrow is considered an upgrade, even if he struggled in his brief time on the field this season. The absence of Tee Higgins (concussion) might make Chase even more productive despite the expectation of increased attention from the Ravens defense, giving him plenty of upside for fantasy managers on Thursday night.
