Ted Karras Fantasy Stats

Cincinnati Bengals center Ted Karras signed a one-year extension with the organization on Friday. Karras was entering his final year of his contract in 2025, but will be around for a little longer. The two sides agree on a one-year, $5 million extension through the 2026 campaign. Karras posted a 64.1 PFF grade across 17 starts under center with the Bengals last season. The 32-year-old has started in 16 or 17 games in each of the last three seasons. The veteran center has missed only one game since joining the Bengals organization. This is a well earned extension for Karras.

The Cincinnati Bengals are signing offensive lineman Ted Karras to a three-year, $18 million deal on Monday, according to a source. This won't be the first offensive line addition for the Bengals as they look to improve their protection for young quarterback Joe Burrow. Karras has spent five of his six NFL seasons with the New England Patriots. The 28-year-old played in 17 regular season games and made 13 starts for the Pats last year. He'll have a chance to compete for a starting interior offensive line position in training camp this summer.

The New England Patriots agreed to a one-year deal with free-agent center Ted Karras on Wednesday. The deal could be worth up to $4 million, according to a source. It comes as a result of former starting center David Andrews moving on in free agency. Karras was drafted by New England in the sixth round in 2016 out of Illinois. He departed last year in free agency, signing a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins. Karras started all 16 games last year and had started 20 games in his previous four seasons with the Pats. The 28-year-old has flexibility to play both guard spots as well as center. In addition to signing Karras on Wednesday, New England placed a second-round tender on restricted free-agent cornerback J.C. Jackson, most likely assuring that he'll return in 2021.
