Wyatt Teller News
The Cleveland Browns placed right guard Wyatt Teller (knee) on Injured Reserve on Wednesday, which means he'll miss at least the next four games. The earliest Teller will be able to return will be for a Week 8 contest against the division-rival Baltimore Ravens at home. Teller suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain in the Week 3 loss to the New York Giants. The three-time Pro Bowler will be a big loss for an offense that has looked below average through the first three weeks of the 2024 season. Heading into their Week 4 contest this Sunday versus the Las Vegas Raiders, rookie Zak Zinter will likely be forced into a starting role at right guard for the Browns. Cleveland can only hope that Teller will be ready to go once he's eligible to return from IR after Week 7.

Wyatt Teller Back At Practice
Cleveland Browns offensive guard Wyatt Teller (knee) was able to get back on the practice field on Thursday. This is great news after Teller suffered a knee injury last Saturday during their preseason finale. Luckily, this appears to be a minor injury, so Teller should be fine for Week 1. The All-Pro guard is a main factor on this offensive line, so losing him would be a significant blow. The expectation is that Teller will be fine heading into Week 1.

Wyatt Teller Injures Knee Saturday
Cleveland Browns right guard Wyatt Teller exited Saturday's preseason finale with a knee injury and is questionable to return, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com. Teller, a reliable veteran, was expected to start for Cleveland once again this season, working with his fellow linemen to protect Jacoby Brissett and, eventually, Deshaun Watson. It remains to be seen if Teller's injury is serious or if he was taken to the locker room as a precaution, but he'll surely undergo more tests soon.

Wyatt Teller Will Be Available Monday
Cleveland Browns standout offensive guard Wyatt Teller was removed from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Sunday and will be available versus the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday, according to a source. Teller was able to test negative in time to return after the NFL moved the Browns-Raiders game this week from Saturday to Monday due to a COVID-19 outbreak among Browns players. Teller's presence is great news for a Browns offensive line that also has Jedrick Wills and James Hudson on the COVID list. However, the Cleveland offense could struggle mightily if one of Baker Mayfield or Case Keenum don't come off the list by Monday's game. If both QBs are sidelined, Nick Mullens would be leading the offense against Vegas.

Wyatt Teller Inks Four-Year Extension With Cleveland
The Cleveland Browns have signed right guard Wyatt Teller to a four-year, $56.8 million extension on Tuesday, making him one of the highest-paid guards in the NFL. After the season, he was set to become a free agent, but the Browns and Teller ultimately agreed on a four-year deal. The 26-year-old is under contract through 2025. Teller started 11 games for Cleveland in 2020 and had missed time due to an ankle injury. His Pro Football Focus grade in the last two seasons is 92.9 overall. Teller's presence on the offensive line helps RBNick Chubband the Browns running game.

Wyatt Teller Ruled Out For Sunday Night
Cleveland Browns offensive guard Wyatt Teller (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 15 against the Giants on Sunday night. Head coach Kevin Stefanski said that Teller is "week-to-week," so there's no guarantee he'll be back for Week 16. Teller's absence this weekend will be a downgrade to Cleveland's rushing attack, but Nick Chubb remains a must-start fantasy option. Kareem Hunt had a big game in the Week 14 loss to the Ravens, too, and should also be looked at as an RB2 in PPR leagues despite the injury to Teller. The Giants Defense has been their strength this season, but they've also allowed the 11th-most fantasy points per game to the running back position.

Wyatt Teller Placed On COVID-19 List
The Cleveland Browns placed offensive guard Wyatt Teller on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday. Wide receiver Taywan Taylor (neck) was also put on Injured Reserve, while defensive end Porter Gustin was activated from the COVID-19 list. It's unclear if Teller actually tested positive for the virus or if he was deemed a high-risk close contact to someone who did. If he tested positive for COVID-19, Teller won't be available to play in an important Week 14 date with the division-rival Ravens and their tough defense. Losing Teller for that game would be a downgrade to Cleveland's offensive line and the running game.

Browns Trade For Wyatt Teller
The Cleveland Browns acquired offensive guard Wyatt Teller from the Buffalo Bills on Thursday. They shipped a 2020 fifth and sixth-round selection to Buffalo while receiving Teller and a 2021 seventh-rounder. Teller was the No. 166 pick in the 2018 draft but was unable to move up the depth chart in Buffalo. The offensive line is one of the few weaknesses on the Browns, a fact that must not have escaped general manager John Dorsey. Teller has a chance to move into the starting lineup right away in place of incumbent Eric Kush, according to Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot.

Wyatt Teller Could Start On The Offensive Line
Rookie offensive lineman Wyatt Teller could start for the Buffalo Bills against the New York Jets in Week 10, per Bills Wire's Nick Wojton. The fifth-round draft pick made his NFL debut last week versus the Bears. He filled in at both guard positions on Sunday, seeing the field on 19 percent (17) of the offensive snaps. According to Pro Football Focus, the 23-year-old did not allow a single pressure on any of the 15 pass plays, earning an overall pass-blocking grade of 84.4 from the analytics website. The Virginia Tech product also earned a run-blocking grade of 59.2 in the game. The Bills offensive line, which has struggled mightily this season, is ranked 24th in the league. Buffalo has given up the second most sacks (33) and 10th most quarterback hits (56).
