Elic Ayomanor Should Benefit from Improved Quarterback Play

Titans wide receiver Elic Ayomanor drew a respectable 17% target share as a rookie in 2025, with his 86 total targets leading a Tennessee team that saw no pass catcher reach 60 receptions, 600 yards, or five touchdowns. While the group as a whole lacked obvious star power, especially after Calvin Ridley was lost for the season to a broken fibula, the inefficient quarterback play of rookie Cam Ward did them no favors. Ward ranked near the bottom of the league in most passing efficiency metrics, while Ayomanor was held back by one of the highest rates of uncatchable targets among all pass catchers. The silver lining for Ayomanor is that Ward showed marked improvement over the second half of the season, raising his completion percentage and throwing 10 of his 15 touchdowns over his final seven full games. The Titans also welcome new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, whose history of elevating quarterback play should have a direct impact on Ayomanor's ability to take a second-season leap.

Elic Ayomanor's Fantasy Appeal Slipping Away?

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Elic Ayomanor appears to have fallen down the depth chart this offseason. While he was the team's de facto No. 1 receiver by the end of his rookie campaign in 2025, he's back down to No. 3 in the pecking order ahead of the 2026 season. The Titans opened free agency by signing Wan'Dale Robinson, who is coming off a 1,000-yard campaign that saw him finish as the WR14 in PPR leagues. Tennessee also restructured Calvin Ridley's contract to ensure he remains with the team going forward. Despite Ridley dealing with injury and production issues, the new coaching staff led by Robert Saleh and Brian Daboll evidently wants the veteran receiver back as a key piece of its offense next year. That leaves Ayomanor and Chimere Dike fighting for snaps in the No. 3 role, which isn't ideal. Sure, Year 2 is a common time for wide receiver breakouts, so we expect to see Ayomanor flash improved skills and a more natural playing style next year. However, with so much competition in an offense that features iffy passing from Cameron Ward, we question whether Ayomanor will even match his final 2025 stat line of 41 catches, 515 yards, and four touchdowns. He's worth holding in most dynasty leagues, but we wouldn't fault managers for selling him at this point.

Elic Ayomanor Looking to Build Off a Solid Rookie Season

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Elic Ayomanor had a solid season for a fourth-round pick. By the end of the year, he had established himself as a top Titans pass-catcher along with Chimere Dike. Ayomanor and Dike, both rookies, stepped into larger roles after Calvin Ridley (leg) broke his fibula mid-season. The former caught 41 passes for 515 yards and four touchdowns across 16 games (14 starts). He ultimately ranked as the overall WR52 in full-PPR scoring, but he finished the year on a hot streak with 10 catches, 145 yards, and one touchdown over his final three games. It was encouraging to see Ayomanor flash upside, especially given how poorly the Titans' offense performed in 2025. If the unit (and specifically quarterback Cameron Ward) can take a step forward next year, Ayomanor could become a weekly fantasy option. He'll face some competition, though. In addition to Dike, the Titans will likely welcome back Ridley, and they could also draft a receiver.

Elic Ayomanor has Deep-League Appeal for Week 18

Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Elic Ayomanor tied for the team lead in receptions and targets during Sunday's loss to the New Orleans Saints. The rookie wideout hauled in four of his seven targets for 37 yards and snagged a touchdown in the defeat. Ayomanor has seen his role in the offense increase with the Titans down a few wideouts due to injuries to close out the season. Over the last two games, Ayomanor has secured seven receptions for 95 yards and one score. He figures to continue getting the ball thrown his way in the Week 18 regular-season finale. There's not great upside here, but Ayomanor should at least offer deep-league value for the final game against the division-rival Jacksonville Jaguars.

Elic Ayomanor a Volatile Fantasy Option in Week 17

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Elic Ayomanor is unlikely to make an impact for fantasy when his team lines up with the visiting New Orleans Saints this Sunday. All things considered, the Stanford product has had a decent rookie season. While it hasn't always shown up in the box score, Ayomanor had drawn targets at a nice rate earlier in the campaign and periodically flashed his athleticism in a Titans' attack that's largely struggled in 2025. That said, he's seen his opportunities dip recently following a hamstring injury that forced him to miss Week 12. Moreover, Ayomanor played behind teammates Van Jefferson and Chimere Dike in Week 16, notching his lowest snap share of the season (56%). Tennessee's offense is trending in the right direction, but the rookie's volume makes him a questionable play deep in the fantasy playoffs. Ayomanor is RotoBaller's PPR WR61 for his outing with the Saints.

Elic Ayomanor Profiles as Deep League Option Only for Week 16

Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Elic Ayomanor hasn't been a trustworthy fantasy option despite playing a full-time role since the start of the season. Ayomanor has caught just one ball in each of the past three games after recording multiple receptions in his first 10 games. His two lowest target totals of the season have also come in the past two games. The rookie fourth-rounder has scored double-digit PPR points twice in 13 games, coming back in Weeks 2 and 3. Ayomanor is tough to trust beyond a deep league FLEX option for Week 16's matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Elic Ayomanor Tough to Trust in Week 15 Despite Favorable Matchup

Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Elic Ayomanor has recorded only one reception in each of the past two games, but scored his first touchdown since Week 3 last week against the Cleveland Browns. The rookie fourth-rounder has maintained a near every-down role since the start of the season, playing 81.5% of the snaps in 12 games. Ayomanor has earned at least five targets in all but two games played this season, but it hasn't translated into much fantasy production in a poor Titans offense, averaging just 6.9 PPR points per game. The rookie wideout profiles as a deep league flex option in a favorable Week 15 matchup against a San Francisco 49ers defense that has allowed the eighth most passing yards per game this season.

Elic Ayomanor Worth Rostering After Scoring Touchdown in Week 14?

Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Elic Ayomanor caught his first touchdown since Week 3 during Sunday's win over the Cleveland Browns. Ayomanor finished with just the one catch for 14 yards on three targets, but it was good to see him find the end zone again after an eight-game drought. The rookie fourth-rounder has held down a full-time role for the Titans this season, playing 81.5% of the snaps in 11 games. He's had a decent season, considering how poor the Titans' offense has been, totaling 30 receptions for 353 yards and three touchdowns on 67 targets. He missed the Week 12 game due to a hamstring injury and has faded in Tennessee's passing attack since the Week 10 bye, recording four receptions for 30 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets. While his target share gives him a decent floor, Ayomanor still profiles as a flex option in deep leagues in Week 15 against the San Francisco 49ers.

Elic Ayomanor: Risky Start in Challenging Week 14 Matchup

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Elic Ayomanor struggled in his first game back after missing a week with a hamstring injury, recording just one catch for five yards on five targets in his team's blowout Week 13 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. On the bright side, Ayomanor has earned at least five targets in six straight games entering his Week 14 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. However, Ayomanor has been unable to turn the solid target volume into consistent production, recording 186 receiving yards and zero touchdowns over that six-game span. The 22-year-old's job won't get any easier in Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns. Entering the week, Cleveland has allowed the third-fewest passing yards (2,327) in the NFL. Ayomanor's stable target share gives him a projectable floor, but he still profiles as a deep-league flex option at best in Week 14.

Elic Ayomanor Continues to be Inconsistent

Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Elic Ayomanor will have more opportunities the rest of the way with Calvin Ridley (leg) out for the year. The assumption was that this would increase his fantasy value. However, Ayomanor hasn't been able to take advantage yet. In fact, Ayomanor has only hauled in three of his 11 targets for 16 yards in his last two games. Unfortunately, the rookie wideout just isn't on the same page as rookie quarterback Cameron Ward right now. The only positive here is that Ayomanor has seen five or more targets in each of his last six games. The hope is that these two will build chemistry together, but fantasy managers don't have time to wait. The fantasy playoffs are looming, so managers cannot afford to get another dud. At this point, Ayomanor is a solid dynasty stash, but he isn't someone that can be trusted in starting lineups in 12-team redraft formats against a tough Cleveland Browns defense in Week 14.
