Commanders Add Chris Rodriguez Jr. To Active Roster
The Washington Commanders announced on Tuesday that they signed running back Chris Rodriguez Jr. to their active 53-man roster from their practice squad. Both RBs Brian Robinson Jr. (ankle) and Austin Ekeler (concussion) were injured in the Week 12 loss to the division-rival Dallas Cowboys on Sunday and may not be available to play this Sunday in Week 13 against the Tennessee Titans. In addition to adding Rodriguez to the active roster, Washington worked out veteran RBs James Robinson and Boston Scott for additional insurance with it looking like they'll be without one or both of B-Rob and Ekeler this weekend. If they are both out, expect Rodriguez to at least be the RB2 behind Jeremy McNichols against Tennessee. Even in the event that happens, the 24-year-old will be hard to recommend as anything more than a desperation RB3/flex in the deepest fantasy leagues.

Saints Say Chris Olave Is In A Good Place
New Orleans Saints interim head coach Darren Rizzi said that wide receiver Chris Olave (concussion) is in a good place as the team begins preparing to face the Los Angeles Rams this Sunday in Week 13. Olave was present for the team's practice on Tuesday. He has seen several specialists and has another appointment coming up soon. He was placed on Injured Reserve on Nov. 9 after suffering his third concussion of 2024. The earliest the former first-rounder will be eligible to return would be for a Week 15 contest against the Washington Commanders. Since that's the start of the fantasy playoffs in most leagues, fantasy managers should keep the 24-year-old stashed. However, there's no guarantee Olave will be able to return that week or before the end of the regular season. For the foreseeable future, receivers Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Cedrick Wilson Jr. will have elevated roles for the Saints.

Tyreek Hill Out For Personal Reasons On Tuesday
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (personal, wrist) was a non-participant in the team's walkthrough practice on Tuesday due to personal reasons. Hill was listed as limited on Monday's estimated practice report. The 30-year-old speedster should return to another light practice on Wednesday, the final one of the week before the team's Thursday night clash against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Hill has been playing through a wrist issue for most of the year but hasn't missed any games. He should be active in Week 13, where he should be considered a high-end WR2 for fantasy purposes. The eight-time Pro Bowler hasn't lived up to his fantasy draft stock in 2024, scoring only three times with one 100-yard game (in Week 1). The Cheetah has seen double-digit targets only twice, although two of his three scores on the year have come in the last three weeks.

Kalif Raymond Looking Unlikely For Week 13
Detroit Lions wide receiver/kick returner Kalif Raymond (foot) was listed as a non-participant in Tuesday's practice for the second straight day, making it more unlikely that he won't be available for the team this Thursday on Thanksgiving versus the division-rival Chicago Bears. The 30-year-old is getting a second opinion on the foot injury he suffered in the Week 12 win over the Indianapolis Colts, and the Lions already expressed earlier this week that they don't love Raymond's chances of suiting up on a short week. They'll most likely hold him out against the Bears and hope he can make it back to play in Week 13 for another divisional showdown against the Green Bay Packers. His primary value to Detroit comes as their top punt returner, as he has only 16 receptions for 204 yards and two TDs on 21 targets in 11 games in 2024.

Amon-Ra St. Brown Returns To Limited Practice On Tuesday
After being listed as a DNP on Monday, Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown (knee) was listed as limited for the team's walk-through practice on Tuesday. St. Brown is dealing with a knee injury heading into the Week 13 Thanksgiving game on Thursday against the division-rival Chicago Bears, but he's planning on being available. The 25-year-old pass-catcher just broke a streak of eight straight games scoring a touchdown in the Week 12 win over the Indianapolis Colts when he had six catches for 62 yards without a score. If active, St. Brown is a must-start WR1 in fantasy in one of the best offenses in football. He ranks seventh among all wideouts with 14.9 half-PPR point per game, and his nine TDs are second to only Ja'Marr Chase's 12 among receivers. The Bears defense has allowed the sixth-fewest half-PPR points to opposing receivers this year, so St. Brown will have his work cut out for him.

Isiah Pacheco Practicing In Full On Tuesday
It's looking like Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (ankle) might return from Injured Reserve in Week 13 to face the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders on Friday. Pacheco remains on IR but put in a full practice on Tuesday to kick off the week. It's the first time he's practiced in full since fracturing his right ankle back on Sept. 15. The 25-year-old required surgery for the injury, but he's nearing his return. Offensive coordinator Matt Nagy mentioned that the workload this Friday between Pacheco and Kareem Hunt will be determined situationally during the game. It sounds like KC is planning on having Pacheco available in Week 13, but it could be more of an even split between the two RBs in a great matchup. Pacheco was the lead back before his injury, but the Chiefs could ease him back in against Vegas. It makes both RBs more volatile RB3/flex plays if Pacheco is active on Friday.

CeeDee Lamb, Brandin Cooks Limited Again On Tuesday
Dallas Cowboys wide receivers CeeDee Lamb (back, foot) and Brandin Cooks (knee) were both listed as limited on the team's estimated practice report on Tuesday. It was an estimation after Dallas held another walkthrough on Tuesday. Lamb was active in the Week 12 win over the division-rival Washington Commanders and was busy, catching 10 passes for 67 yards on 12 targets. The ceiling is lower for the 25-year-old now that quarterback Dak Prescott (hamstring) is out for the year, but Lamb remains a must-start in fantasy lineups for the Thanksgiving game against the division-rival New York Giants on Thursday. He had a 7-98-1 line against them on Sept. 26. Cooks must be activated from Injured Reserve to play on Thursday. The 31-year-old veteran hasn't played since Sept. 26 and won't be a recommended fantasy play if he returns against the G-Men on Turkey Day.

Cooper Rush Expected To Play In Week 13
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Cooper Rush (knee) is expected to play on Thanksgiving despite being limited in practice the last two days. Rush was injured in the Cowboys' Week 12 win over the Washington Commanders. However, the words of encouragement regarding his status for Week 13 against the New York Giants is excellent for fantasy managers rostering wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and tight end Luke Schoonmaker. Rush has been mostly solid since he took over as the Cowboys' starting quarterback in Week 10. He had a disastrous outing in Week 10, but he has thrown for at least 247 yards in each of his two games since then. Rush has always provided a solid fantasy floor for skill position players in Dallas' offense when he has been called upon to start in place of Dak Prescott (hamstring). Hopefully, Rush's injury will not limit him in Week 13 and he will be able to continue providing fantasy managers with the value they seek from Lamb and Schoonmaker.

Romeo Doubs Picks Up DNP
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs (concussion) was a DNP at practice on Tuesday. Doubs was also a DNP on Monday after suffering a concussion in Week 12 against the San Francisco 49ers. Doubs caught three passes for 54 yards before exiting the game. He has been putting together another solid season with 34 receptions for 483 yards and two touchdowns in 10 games. With an excellent Miami Dolphins offense coming to town on Thanksgiving, the Packers will need all hands on deck. With Doubs' lack of practice at this point in the week, he looks poised to miss this game. If Doubs is ultimately ruled out, wide receivers Christian Watson, Jayden Reed, and Dontayvion Wicks stand to benefit the most from his absence. While Doubs has not been the Packers' most productive wide receiver, he has surely been an every-down player. The Packers have an embarrassment of riches as far as offensive weapons go so they should still produce high-end offensive numbers in Week 13.

Jake Ferguson Not Tracking To Play After Another DNP
Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson (concussion) was a DNP at practice on Tuesday. With only one more day to ramp up participation ahead of the Cowboys' Thanksgiving tilt against the New York Giants, things do not look good for Ferguson's chances to play. Ferguson has been solid when healthy in 2024. However, injuries have limited him to nine games played and 369 receiving yards. Ferguson has also not found the end zone in 2024. Ferguson's backup, Luke Schoonmaker, has been excellent over the past couple of weeks with Ferguson out. Schoonmaker has recorded nine catches for 111 yards and a touchdown in the past two games combined. The Giants are excellent against tight ends in fantasy. Even so, quarterback Cooper Rush has displayed a propensity to throw to his tight ends. It looks like Schoonmaker will receive another chance to run the show in Week 13 and is a solid play for Ferguson managers who added him off waivers.

Charles Harris Claimed By Eagles For Depth
The Philadelphia Eagles claimed defensive end Charles Harris off waivers after placing defensive end Brandon Graham (triceps) on Injured Reserve on Tuesday. Graham tore his triceps in Week 12 and will miss the remainder of the season. The Eagles needed to add depth along the defensive line to weather the loss of Graham. Harris is a veteran defensive end who has been around since 2017. He played in nine games for the Carolina Panthers in 2024 before being released this week. Harris has recorded three sacks this season. His most productive season came in 2021 when he recorded 7.5 sacks with the Detroit Lions. Harris is a capable edge rusher and should be a solid complementary piece for the Eagles as they make their playoff push. He does not project to be an every-down player, but he should be able to make a couple of plays as a complementary piece.

Brandon Graham Officially Placed On Injured Reserve
The Philadelphia Eagles placed defensive end Brandon Graham (triceps) on Injured Reserve on Tuesday. The 36-year-old is now officially slated to miss the remainder of the season with a torn triceps. The move is a huge blow to the Eagles' excellent defensive line. Graham is tied for third on the team in sacks with 3.5. The Eagles employ a deep rotation of defensive linemen that allows them to generate pressure with fresh players constantly. Graham is also valuable in the running game. He has six tackles for loss on the season in addition to his sacks. Given that the Eagles are so deep along the defensive line, they will be able to weather Graham's absence. However, his leadership and experience are what they will miss the most. Graham has made several deep playoff runs with the Eagles and was on their only Super Bowl-winning team in 2017.

Azeez Ojulari Placed On Injured Reserve
The New York Giants placed linebacker Azeez Ojulari (toe) on Injured Reserve on Tuesday. He is now slated to miss a minimum of four games. Ojulari has been a bright spot for a Giants team devoid of talent or direction in 2024. He has recorded six sacks and 28 total tackles in 11 games played this season. The Giants defense has been solid this season behind the play of Ojulari and other solid defenders such as defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence II and linebacker Brian Burns. Unfortunately, the offense has lagged far behind the defense and it seems as though Giants coaches are losing the locker room on both sides of the ball. Before his injury, Ojulari was tied for second on the team in sacks with Burns. He is also third in tackles for loss with seven. The Giants do not have a lot of depth behind Ojulari so things only seem to be getting worse for this franchise in 2024.

Commanders Work Out James Robinson And Boston Scott
The Washington Commanders have brought in free-agent running backs James Robinson and Boston Scott for workouts. The Commanders are thin at running back with Austin Ekeler (concussion) and Brian Robinson Jr. (ankle) both exiting the team's Week 12 loss to the Dallas Cowboys with injuries. Robinson and Scott have both enjoyed success in the past. Robinson most recently played in one game for the Green Bay Packers in 2023 while providing depth on their practice squad. He is known for rushing for 1,070 yards and seven touchdowns as an undrafted rookie running back in 2020. Scott spent the first six years of his career with the Philadelphia Eagles. He spent time on the practice squads of both the Los Angeles Rams and Pittsburgh Steelers this offseason. Both players are quality backs that would provide a steady veteran presence in the locker room. Neither would move the needle much in fantasy. Instead, fantasy managers should turn to Jeremy McNichols as insurance in the Commanders' backfield.

Theo Johnson Limited Again On Tuesday
New York Giants rookie tight end Theo Johnson (back) was listed as limited for the second straight day on Tuesday on the team's estimated practice report. The Giants held a walkthrough practice, so Johnson's participation is a projection. New York plays the division-rival Dallas Cowboys on Thursday on Thanksgiving on a short week, so it's likely they are giving the 23-year-old rookie a little rest as he battles through a back injury. It's hard to trust any of the Giants' pass-catchers with quarterback Tommy Devito (forearm) now running the offense, but Johnson has seen his role as a receiver grow lately and is at least worth a look as a TE2 sleeper in deeper leagues if he's active against Dallas. He's been targeted at least six times the last three games and has translated that into 10 receptions for 127 yards and one touchdown.

Greg Dulcich Claimed Off Waivers By Giants
Former Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich was claimed off waivers on Tuesday by the New York Giants, according to a source. Dulcich caught just five of 12 targets for 28 yards and no touchdowns in the first four games this year but has been a healthy scratch for Denver the last eight games. He'll now get a fresh start in the Big Apple and will serve as depth at the position behind rookie Theo Johnson (back), Chris Manhertz and Daniel Bellinger. The 24-year-old probably will not be active for the team's Thanksgiving game against the division-rival Dallas Cowboys on Thursday. When Dulcich gets himself familiarized with the Giants' offense, he'll have a tough time finding snaps for the rest of the 2024 season. Injuries limited him in his first two years with the Broncos and he caught 41 of 71 targets for 464 yards and two touchdowns in his 16 games (10 starts) with the team.

Commanders Put Austin Seibert On Injured Reserve
The Washington Commanders placed kicker Austin Seibert (hip) on Injured Reserve on Tuesday, meaning he will have to miss at least the next four games. Seibert was held out of action in Weeks 10 and 11 due to a right-hip injury and returned for the Week 12 loss to the division-rival Dallas Cowboys, where he missed a 50-plus yard field goal and two extra-points -- one at the end of the contest that would have tied the game. The 28-year-old didn't look right and now won't be eligible to return to Washington until the regular-season finale in Week 18 versus the Cowboys. With Seibert on the shelf, the Commanders will most likely bring Zane Gonzalez back to the active roster after he filled in for Seibert in Weeks 10 and 11. The 29-year-old Gonzalez made his return to the NFL this year for the first time since 2021 and went 3-for-3 on FGs and 4-for-4 on extra points in his two games recently for Washington.

Taysom Hill Will Continue To Be Sprinkled In Everywhere
New Orleans Saints interim head coach Darren Rizzi said he thinks the usage of tight end Taysom Hill the last few weeks is trending toward where the team wants it to be the rest of the season. "I think sprinkling him a little bit everywhere is when we're at our best," Rizzi said. The Saints are coming off their bye week, with Hill most notably going off for a career day in the Week 11 win over the Cleveland Browns, catching eight of 10 targets for 50 yards while also carrying the ball a season-high seven times for 138 yards and a whopping three rushing touchdowns. In addition, he completed one pass for 18 yards and an interception while returning a kickoff 42 yards. While fantasy managers can't expect a repeat of the 34-year-old's big day in Week 11, Hill has the ability to operate as a TE1 in fantasy the rest of the way with receiver Chris Olave (concussion) still on Injured Reserve.

Spencer Shrader Won't Practice On Tuesday
Kansas City Chiefs rookie kicker Spencer Shrader (hamstring) will not participate in the team's first practice of the week on Tuesday. On a short week -- the Chiefs play the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders this Friday -- Shrader's availability is now in question. Harrison Butker (knee) is on Injured Reserve, so the 25-year-old was scooped up off the New York Jets' practice squad and has served as KC's kicker the last two games. He's held his own for the Super Bowl champions, converting on all three of his field-goal tries and all six of his extra-point attempts. As insurance, the Chiefs added Matthew Wright to their practice squad on Tuesday. The Raiders have allowed the most fantasy points per game to opposing kickers, so whoever is kicking for Kansas City on Black Friday is at least worth a look as a streamer at the position in Week 13. Whether the Chiefs activate Wright to the active roster will be a telling sign for Shrader this week.

Drew Lock Takes Some First-Team Reps On Tuesday
New York Giants quarterback Drew Lock took some first-team reps in Tuesday's practice, which is unusual for a QB2 in Brian Daboll's system. Starting Tommy Devito is dealing with an arm ailment but is expected to start on Thursday against the Dallas Cowboys. However, the second-year signal-caller threw for just 189 yards and led the Giants to seven points against the struggling Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense in Week 13, so another lackluster performance could result in Lock taking over the QB1 duties. That said, fantasy managers in two-QB and Superflex leagues should consider stashing Lock in case he's called into action. He has limited upside in single-QB formats, but any starter has value in the aforementioned league setups.
