Seattle may not give him another 48 field-goal tries, but the offence consistently put him in scoring range and trusted him on long attempts. Myers has now made nine field goals from beyond 50 yards in three of the past four seasons, so the range is not tied to one career year. RotoBaller ranks him K4 for 2026. Fantasy managers do not need to reach for a kicker, but Myers belongs near the front of the position once the final rounds arrive.

Before going down, he caught 21 passes for 169 yards and a touchdown while adding 93 yards and two scores on only 18 carries. That usage says plenty about where his fantasy value comes from. Hill set career highs with 42 receptions, 383 receiving yards, and three touchdowns the year before, yet he has never handled more than 84 carries in a season. Henry is still the centre of Baltimore's backfield after rushing 307 times for 1,595 yards and 16 touchdowns in 2025. Hill can spell him, protect the quarterback, and stay involved when the Ravens throw, but there is little reason to expect a large rushing workload while Henry is healthy. The 6-foot-4 rookie is competing with Xavier Legette and others for receiver snaps after making a strong impression during the offseason program. Missing practice costs Brazzell a useful camp rep as Carolina sorts out the depth chart, but the early indication is that the team was simply being careful. His participation in the next session should provide a better idea of whether the soreness is already behind him.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Luther Burden III did not need long to show what could happen once the offense gave him more room. After a quiet start to his rookie season, Burden averaged 4.3 catches and 60.1 receiving yards over his final eight games. He finished with 47 receptions for 652 yards and two touchdowns on 60 targets, including an eight-catch, 138-yard performance late in the year. The efficiency was harder to ignore. Burden averaged 2.7 yards per route run, third among NFL receivers, and ranked fourth at the position with 7.4 yards after the catch per reception. DJ Moore is gone, and Chicago now views Burden and Rome Odunze as trusted targets for Caleb Williams. Colston Loveland remains a major part of the passing game, but Burden's role should grow after Ben Johnson praised his offseason, explosiveness, and expanding route tree. RotoBaller ranks him WR21 in PPR leagues. The second-year receiver already showed he can make a lot happen on limited volume. More routes and targets give him a legitimate chance to break out as a weekly WR2.

Rachaad White Remains Useful for Win-Now Dynasty Teams

Washington Commanders running back Rachaad White still has a place on win-now dynasty rosters, even if this backfield never gives him a traditional lead role. White finished 2025 with 572 yards and four touchdowns on 132 carries, then added 40 catches for 218 yards. The receiving work has always been the draw. He has 205 receptions through four NFL seasons, and Dan Quinn specifically pointed to what White added in the passing game during the offseason program. Washington has not named a starter, though Quinn expects several backs to handle important parts of the job. Jacory Croskey-Merritt led the team with 805 rushing yards and eight touchdowns last season, while Jerome Ford, Jeremy McNichols, and rookie Kaytron Allen leave plenty to sort out in camp. White may not get enough carries to become a weekly starter, but he does not need that kind of workload to help in PPR leagues. RotoBaller ranks him RB37 in dynasty. At 27 and on a one-year contract, he offers little reason for rebuilding teams to wait. Contenders can use the catches now and live with the uncertainty.

The San Francisco 49ers placed running back Isaac Guerendo (pectoral) on the Physically Unable to Perform list to start training camp on Saturday, according to Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports. Guerendo is not ready to practice with the team after suffering a torn pectoral muscle while lifting weights in the offseason. The 26-year-old former fourth-rounder in 2024 from the University of Louisville had 84 carries for 420 yards (5.0 yards per carry) and four rushing touchdowns in 16 games (three starts) as a rookie, but he didn't have a single rushing attempt or a target in the 14 games he appeared in during last regular season, quickly falling out of favor in San Fran's backfield. Entering his third year in the NFL, Guerendo is looking like the team's RB4, at best, behind Christian McCaffrey, Jordan James, and rookie Kaelon Black. Guerendo's elite speed sets him apart, but already falling behind in camp is another bad sign for his already plummeting fantasy value. It's hard to recommend holding him in dynasty/keeper leagues at this point.

Deshaun Watson Is a Short-Term Dynasty Hold

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (Achilles) is back in the conversation, which is more than dynasty managers could say a year ago. He missed all of 2025 after re-rupturing his Achilles and undergoing another surgery, then returned this spring to share first-team work with Shedeur Sanders. The Browns have not named a starter and will carry the battle into camp. Dillon Gabriel and Taylen Green are still in the room, too. Watson's last game action came in 2024, when he threw for 1,148 yards, five touchdowns, and three interceptions in seven starts. He added 148 yards and a score on the ground, but 33 sacks told the other side of the story. RotoBaller ranks him QB30 in dynasty. That keeps Watson relevant in deeper Superflex leagues, though almost all of the appeal is tied to this season. He is 30, has not completed a full schedule since 2020, and is entering the final year of his contract. Contenders can hold through the competition. Rebuilders should be willing to move him if the starting job creates a market.

De'Zhaun Stribling Better Suited for Dynasty Rebuilders

San Francisco 49ers rookie second-round wide receiver De'Zhaun Stribling is easier to carry on a rebuilding dynasty roster than one trying to win immediately. The 49ers selected him 33rd overall after he caught 55 passes for 811 yards and six touchdowns during his final season at Ole Miss. He also brings an appealing physical profile at 6-foot-2 and 207 pounds with 4.36 speed. Finding the ball as a rookie may be the problem. Mike Evans has one receiver spot secured, while Stribling is competing with Ricky Pearsall, Christian Kirk, Demarcus Robinson, Jordan Watkins, and Jacob Cowing for the other meaningful snaps. George Kittle and Christian McCaffrey will take their share of the passing game as well. Stribling flashed during the offseason program, and his blocking gives him another way to get on the field, but the weekly volume could be uneven. RotoBaller ranks him WR58 in dynasty. Contenders looking for dependable production may not have room to wait. Rebuilders can be more patient with the second-round pick while his role develops.
