That's an improvement from last week when Phillips missed all of the Dolphins' practices and was inactive for the Week 4 game against Buffalo. Phillips also missed Week 2 and only played 29 snaps in Week 3. If he can play in Week 5 against the New York Giants, he has a favorable matchup. The Giants are allowing 5.8 sacks per game, the second-most in the league. They allow a sack on 14.7% of dropbacks, the most.
