Joshua Palmer News
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer hauled in two of his six targets for 31 yards as the team narrowly lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Wild-Card round. Palmer, who had stepped up in the regular season with Mike Williams (back) sidelined, was surprisingly quiet in this one as tight end Gerald Everett led the way for the Chargers' pass-catchers. Despite its unfortunate ending, Palmer's second professional season should largely be considered a success. The 23-year-old will look to build upon his rapport with quarterback Justin Herbert and take another step forward in 2023.
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer was hot-and-cold for fantasy purposes throughout the regular season but has an excellent opportunity ahead of him in his playoff debut against the Jacksonville Jaguars. With Mike Williams (back) ruled out for Saturday's contest, Palmer will handle WR2 duties behind Keenan Allen. The best showing of Palmer's career to this point came in Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs with Allen in the lineup but Williams inactive. Given his relatively cheap DFS price tag, Palmer projects as an appealing option in what should be a high-scoring playoff bout.
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer finished with four receptions for 39 yards on six targets in a Week 18 loss to the Denver Broncos. Although Palmer was relatively quiet down the stretch, he improved greatly upon his rookie-season numbers and stepped up in the absences of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams (back) earlier in the year. Palmer will look to take another leap in his third professional season, and could even see an expanded role in the playoffs if Williams is forced to miss any time with the back injury he suffered on Sunday.

Every preseason, there's much debate about who the top handcuff running backs are for fantasy football, but the wide receiver position is often ignored in this discussion. Los Angeles Chargers' second-year pass-catcher Josh Palmer is one of the top "handcuff" wide receivers heading into the 2022 season. The fourth-round pick caught 33 passes for 353 yards and four touchdowns in his rookie campaign. Those aren't staggering figures that resulted in high-end fantasy success, but it's worth noting...
