The Philadelphia Eagles are signing offensive lineman Matt Pryor to a one-year deal, according to the Philadelphia Enquirer's Jeff McLane. Pryor is a former sixth-round selection in the 2018 NFL Draft and spent three seasons (2018-20) with the organization before stints with the Indianapolis Colts (2021-22), San Francisco 49ers (2023), and Chicago Bears (2024). Prior has NFL experience at both tackle and guard in 92 game appearances (39 starts). He now joins the best offensive line room in the NFL and could compete to be the "sixth man" along the offensive front.

Indianapolis Colts offensive tackles Matt Pryor and Bernhard Raimann are battling for the starting left tackle job this summer after the team moved on from veteran Eric Fisher. Neither player is an ideal candidate for the left tackle spot, as Pryor has never been a full-time left tackle and Raimann is a rookie. Pryor is getting the first-team repetitions and has held up fine, while Raimann is off to a slow start in training camp. Pror isn't as agile as Raimann, but at 6-foot-7, 332 pounds, he has power. The offensive line has been a strength of the Colts in recent years, but the left tackle spot could be an issue for this offense and quarterback Matt Ryan.
The Indianapolis Colts are re-signing offensive tackle Matt Pryor to a one-year, $5.5 million deal on Tuesday, according to a source. Pryor will have a chance to make $6 million in incentives. The Colts acquired Pryor just before the 2021 season for some picks, and he ended up serving as valuable offensive line depth in his first year in Indy and even started five games. The 27-year-old mostly played right tackle, but he also spent time at left tackle and right guard and earned high marks from Pro Football Focus. The former sixth-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018 out of TCU will stick around with the Colts for at least one more season. In 44 career games in three NFL seasons, Pryor has started 15 games.
