Athletics starting pitcher Jeffrey Springs left the game in the third inning of Sunday's start with hamstring tightness. He had already given up six runs (four earned) on five hits and four walks in a game that the A's would go on to lose 14-1 to the Brewers. After the game, Springs said the hamstring issue was more like a cramp that started in the second inning and worsened in the third. Luis Arraez Carted Off In First Inning
San Diego Padres designated hitter Luis Arraez (undisclosed) exited his team's outing against the Houston Astros in the first inning on Sunday. Arraez was involved in a scary collision at first base after attempting to bunt teammate Fernando Tatis Jr. to second base. Tyler Glasnow Exits Sunday's Start Early With Lower Leg Cramps
Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Tyler Glasnow (leg) exited Sunday's 1-0 win against the Texas Rangers with lower leg cramps. Texas Rangers starting pitcher Jack Leiter (finger) will make a rehab start for Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday. Leiter has been on the 15-day injured list due to a blister on his finger.
