The Tennessee Titans agreed to a three-year contract extension with safety Amani Hooker for more than $33 million on Friday, according to sources. Hooker was a full-time starter in 2021 and is on the rise. The 24-year-old will receive a $10 million signing bonus and a guarantee of $19.5 million. Hooker had a career-high 62 tackles (38 solo), an interception, four passes defensed and a forced fumble in 12 regular season starts in his third NFL season last year. He was originally a fourth-round selection by the Titans in 2019 out of the University of Iowa. Hooker has become an important part of Tennessee's secondary, but he can be ignored in IDP fantasy formats.
