Cornerback Taron Johnson (concussion) was limited. The 28-year-old has been Buffalo's top cornerback since he was acquired in a trade from the Green Bay Packers, but he injured his knee in Week 18 and was inactive for Monday's wild-card playoff win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. It remains to be seen which Bills defenders will be able to play this weekend, but either way, Buffalo's defense could be thin on impact starters against KC.

Down two defensive starters, Buffalo's defense could be downgraded, but Mason Rudolph and Pittsburgh don't pose much of a threat in the passing game, especially in the frigid temperatures in Orchard Park. Dotson, who posted 74 tackles in 17 games this season, could be the bigger loss as the Bills try to limit Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren in what is likely to be a physical game at the line of scrimmage.
