Brian Robinson Jr. News
Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. had 10 carries for 70 yards in Sunday's loss to the Buffalo Bills. Even with such a demoralizing loss, Robinson managed to have a productive day for himself. The game quickly got away from the Commanders, so the run game was not leaned on as much as it was in their previous two games. However, with just 10 touches, the former Alabama back looked solid with multiple strong gains. Robinson will hopefully see more opportunities against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4.
Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. has been off and running to start the 2023 season. Through the first two weeks of the season, the second-year back is eighth in rushing yards and tied for second in total touchdowns. He could have a solid game on the way as well with the Buffalo Bills on the schedule and inclement weather on the way. The D.C. area is reported to be a likely destination for heavy rain and wind on Sunday. If that indeed occurs, the Commanders may have to turn to a run-heavy approach which favors Robinson's outlook. Based on his recent performances and the upcoming environment, Robinson is a low-end RB1 or a high-end RB2 in Week 3.
Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. rushed 18 times for 87 yards and two touchdowns while catching two-of-three targets for 42 yards in Sunday's win over the Denver Broncos. Robinson had a massive day for himself while carving through Denver's defense at will. Through the first two weeks, the Commanders are clearly favoring the former Alabama product in the run game over any other option. With a stable role and a sizeable weekly workload, Robinson could be a solid option to rely on.

Second-year running back for the Washington Commanders, Brian Robinson, Jr., is nothing short of a miracle story. Robinson was making waves in the offseason when he was shot in the leg and the hip at the end of August. It seemed that his rookie season was over before it even started, however, we learned that the Crimson Tide prospect is a warrior, and he returned to game action in Week 5, a mere 42 days after being shot twice. Understandably, he got off to a slow start and only averaged 3.2...
