He also made all 24 of his extra-point attempts. The 28-year-old attempted the second-most field goals of his career because the offense struggled to score touchdowns. In Week 18, he converted all three extra points and his lone field-goal try. He's signed through the 2023-2024 season, meaning he'll be back for at least one more year. However, this offense projects to be low-scoring again, which will reduce his fantasy football value.

Houston Texans kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn is in the midst of the most accurate season of his career, as he's made 90% of his field goals and 100% of his extra points this year. But he ranks just 15th in fantasy scoring at the kicker position this season because of a lack of opportunities due to Houston's offensive struggles. The team made a change at QB ahead of Sunday's game against Miami, but that shouldn't have much of a change on how many chances Fairbairn gets to kick the ball.

The nature of this Texans offense just hasn't given Fairbairn a lot of opportunities, so while he's currently making a career-high 89.5% of his field goal attempts, the volume just isn't there to really make him a reliable fantasy option.
