Tyler Bass News
Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass (hand) returned to practice on Wednesday after being sidelined on Tuesday with a hand injury. Bass should be fine to kick against the Baltimore Ravens in the Divisional Round on Saturday night after he connected on both of his field-goal tries and all three of his extra points in the wild-card win over the Colts. The 23-year-old rookie has been very impressive in 2020 and has been very valuable for fantasy managers, hitting 28 of his 34 field-goal tries in 16 games during the regular season. Bass should continue to be a popular DFS kicker in the playoffs, although inclement weather in Buffalo could make him more risky than normal on Saturday night. Make sure to check the forecast later this week before locking him in.
Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass was a busy man during the Week 7 win over the New York Jets. In fact, Bass resulted in all 18 of the Bills points on offense in this game. He connected on six of his eight field goals attempts in this one. His longest field goal of the day was a 53-yarder that he connected on. This was a fluke performance by Bass, so fantasy owners searching for kickers shouldn't expect this to happen again. The Bills offense should be able to bounce back against the New England Patriots next week.
Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass struggled during his NFL debut, but turned it around during the Week 2 victory over the Miami Dolphins. Bass knocked down 2 of 4 field goal attempts last week, which was a rough showing for the rookie kicker. However, he landed a 39-yard field goal this week. That was his only attempt of the game, but he made all of his PAT attempts as well. There's really no reason to add Bass in most fantasy leagues right now. He doesn't get enough chances and has been inconsistent to begin the season.
