The Philadelphia Eagles exercised wide receiver Nelson Agholor's fifth-year option for 2019. This didn't look like a sure thing or maybe even likely at all during Agholor's first couple of seasons, but even though it took him a while, he's finally playing to his ability. Agholor's option year will be worth $9.387 million and will be guaranteed for injury. Last season, he posted 768 yards on 62 catches and eight touchdowns. He's a prime candidate for a long-term extension if he can play well again in 2018.

The Philadelphia Eagles reportedly plan to exercise wide receiver Nelson Agholor's fifth-year option. Agholor looked like a bust in his first few seasons, but broke out in a big way in 2017, leading the team in catches and setting personal career highs in touchdowns and yards gained. The Eagles may look to sign him to a long-term extension, with estimates putting Agholor somewhere near $9 million per year.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor was targeted 11 times in the Super Bowl, catching nine passes for 84 yards. He also ran the ball once for nine yards. He was clearly part of the game plan for the Eagles, and should remain the same for next season. Agholor had a slow start to his career, but he broke out this season and looks like a legitimate NFL complementary receiver. He's more of a fantasy WR4 because he'll never be the complete focal point of an offense, but he'll have nice upside weeks throughout the season.
