The Kansas City defense has already allowed the fifth-fewest total yards per game (295.0) and have been dominant in stopping the run as they have allowed a mere 82.2 rushing yards per game. Fantasy managers should continue to view the Chiefs defensive unit as a top option on a weekly basis in any matchup.
