Wan'Dale Robinson No Longer the Clear Top Option on Depth Chart

New York Giants wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson's role was threatened on Thursday after the organization spent its No. 4 overall pick on a pass-catching reinforcement. The Titans selected Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate with the fourth pick, making him the first wide receiver off the board. Tate was widely regarded as this year's top wide receiver prospect, and he should push to be the Titans' immediate No. 1 wide receiver. That's not ideal for Robinson, who signed a four-year, $70 million contract to be Tennessee's top option in the passing game. On one hand, the hefty contract confirms that the Titans do want to keep Robinson heavily involved. After all, his NFL experience makes him a valuable weapon in an offense with Cameron Ward, a second-year quarterback, and Tate, a first-year receiver. On the other hand, teams don't spend the No. 4 pick on a player who is going to ride the bench or play a partial role. Tate will be heavily involved from Day 1, operating as a WR2 or WR3 in fantasy football. That will likely push Robinson down to the low-end WR3/flex tier, especially in an offense that will continue to experience growing pains with Ward still adapting to the NFL. We're not very optimistic that Robinson will be able to replicate his WR14 finish from last season. As a result, managers should consider selling high on the 25-year-old in dynasty fantasy football leagues.

Wan'Dale Robinson Could Be Primed for Breakout Year with the Titans

Across 16 games with the New York Giants in 2025, wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson posted the best season of his career by recording 92 receptions for 1,014 yards and four touchdowns on 140 targets. The 25-year-old was rewarded for his efforts in free agency by the Tennessee Titans, who signed him to a four-year, $70 million deal. Robinson has always been a high-volume target earner from the slot who excels in the short area of the field. However, he showed an ability to do a bit more down the field in his last year with the Giants, upping his yards per reception from 7.5 in 2024 to 11.0 in 2025. In Tennessee, Robinson currently profiles as the number one target for Titans quarterback Cameron Ward. As a young quarterback, Ward will likely lean heavily on Robinson as a security blanket. If Ward takes a significant step forward in his second season, Robinson's production could reach an even higher level with the Titans.

Wan'Dale Robinson the Clear No. 1 Target in Tennessee?

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson finds himself in a new system after departing the New York Giants in free agency. Robinson enjoyed a solid four seasons in New York, highlighted by his 2025 finish as the overall WR14 in PPR leagues with 92 catches, 1,014 yards, and four touchdowns -- all career highs. At first, leaving a place where he delivered such good production may seem like an interesting choice. However, he would have been bumped down to No. 2 on the depth chart with Malik Nabers (knee) coming back. In Tennessee, he'll get to continue operating as the No. 1 receiver with a heavy volume share. He faces no real threat for competition, and he's expected to play a versatile role with snaps both in the slot and the perimeter. Quarterback Cameron Ward's development will have an impact on Robinson, but we wouldn't be surprised to see the former No. 1 pick take a second-year leap. If that happens, he could support a top-12 finish from Robinson. The 25-year-old receiver is worth targeting in dynasty leagues where his current manager is frustrated by the landing spot.

Wan'Dale Robinson Poised for Massive Target Volume with New Team in 2026

Across 16 games as a member of the New York Giants in 2025, wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson hauled in 92 receptions for 1,014 yards and four touchdowns on 140 targets. The 25-year-old was rewarded handsomely for his efforts in free agency by the Tennessee Titans, who signed him to a four-year contract. Robinson has established himself as a high-volume short area pass-catcher, recording back-to-back seasons with 90-plus receptions and 140 targets. With the Titans, he should be in a perfect spot to see as many targets as he can handle. In 2025, Tennessee's leading target earner was rookie fourth-round wideout Elic Ayomanor, who collected 41 receptions on 89 targets across 15 games played. The Titans will also be starting a young quarterback in Cameron Ward, who spent his rookie season in 2025 in desperate need of Robinson's slot-receiving security blanket skill set. In PPR dynasty formats, Robinson profiles as a high-floor wide receiver option for fantasy managers in 2026 and beyond.

Wan'Dale Robinson Signing With Titans

Former New York Giants star wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson is signing an undisclosed deal with the Tennessee Titans on Monday, sources told FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. Robinson will reunite with former Giants head coach Brian Daboll, who is now the offensive coordinator in Tennessee. The 25-year-old former second-rounder in 2022 out of Kentucky has back-to-back seasons of 90-plus catches in New York, and he reached the 1,000-yard mark for the first time in his career in 2025, catching 92 of 140 targets for 1,104 yards and a career-high four touchdowns in 16 games. Robinson should have a pretty high PPR floor as he reunites with Daboll, but he'll also be working with young quarterback Cameron Ward in an offense that has two other rising young wideouts in Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike, not to mention second-year tight end Gunnar Helm. Robinson should see plenty of volume, although his ceiling in 2026 and beyond will be determined by whether Ward can take the next step in his development.

Titans "Have Their Eyes" on Wan'Dale Robinson

The Tennessee Titans "have their eyes" on New York Giants impending free-agent wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson, according to CBS Sports' Jonathan Jones. The Titans have more than $90 million in salary cap space this year and have a huge need at receiver as they look to develop young quarterback Cameron Ward. The 25-year-old Robinson is coming off a career year in New York with 1,014 receiving yards, and he'd be reuniting with former head coach Brian Daboll, who is now Tennessee's offensive coordinator. Robinson is also a Kentucky native and played high school ball three hours from Nashville. The former second-round pick in 2022 out of Kentucky has 90-plus receptions in each of the last two seasons and has been money for fantasy managers in PPR leagues. However, a move to the Titans and a new offense would create some uncertainty as far as his role while he competes for targets with several young up-and-coming receivers.

Wan'Dale Robinson Not Expected to Re-Sign With Giants?

SNY's Connor Hughes writes that New York Giants impending free-agent wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson "could be the most difficult to retain." After the strong season that Robinson had in 2025, his market is expected to be strong, and the Tennessee Titans have "significant interest" as they look to give quarterback Cameron Ward more weapons. Sources that SNY spoke with "believed Robinson is more likely to play elsewhere than return to New York." The 25-year-old former second-rounder in 2022 out of Kentucky had a career year for the G-Men in 2025 in his fourth NFL season, catching 92 of his 140 targets for 1,014 yards and four touchdowns in 16 games played. Robinson has 90-plus catches in back-to-back seasons and had exactly 140 targets each of the last two years. He's a receiver on the rise, but a move out of New York may not be great for his fantasy value going into 2026.

Titans to Target Wan'Dale Robinson in Free Agency?

ESPN's Turron Davenport doesn't think it would be surprising if the Tennessee Titans kept veteran wide receiver Calvin Ridley, given his previous success with new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, and sign a free agent such as receiver Wan'Dale Robinson to man the slot. Daboll took advantage of Robinson's ability to create separation with the New York Giants while handling a high target volume. Robinson caught 93 passes under Daboll in 2024 and had 53 of his 92 receptions in 2025 before Daboll was fired after Week 10. The Titans have over $100 million in salary cap space for 2026, so they could focus on adding playmakers like Robinson to help quarterback Cameron Ward as he heads into his sophomore campaign. The 25-year-old Robinson had his first 1,000-yard season in 2025 and has 90-plus catches each of the last two years, but a move to the Titans may make it difficult for him to maintain his pace as a PPR darling.

Wan'Dale Robinson "Likely" Returning to the Giants

Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com expects the New York Giants to re-sign impending free agent wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson. "A return seems likely considering he has always been a favorite of [general manager] Joe Schoen and the Giants need to add playmakers, not let the ones they drafted and developed walk," writes Ranaan. Robinson had the best season of his young career in 2025, catching 92 passes for a career-high 1,014 yards and four touchdowns. He was the overall WR14 in full-PPR leagues, and while part of his ascension can be attributed to the absence of Malik Nabers (knee), it was also the result of a constant upward trend that Robinson has exhibited ever since being drafted. He has continuously taken on a larger role on offense, showcasing excellence when lining up inside or outside. With Nabers, Jaxson Dart, and Cam Skattebo (ankle) all on their rookie deals, New York can afford to hand out a larger contract to Robinson. A quartet of Nabers, Robinson, Dart, and Skattebo provides plenty of weapons to head coach John Harbaugh during his first season in New York.

Wan'Dale Robinson Makes Huge Jump in Contract Year

New York Giants wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson made a statement in 2025 in his contract year with the G-Men, catching 92 of his 140 targets for a career-high 1,014 receiving yards and a career-high four touchdowns in 16 games played. Robinson was especially valuable for fantasy managers in PPR formats, with his 92 receptions ranking seventh among all wideouts. After a previous career high of 699 receiving yards in 2024, the 25-year-old finished as the WR16 in overall half-PPR points. It certainly helped that WR1 Malik Nabers (knee) suffered a season-ending torn ACL early in the year, but then again, Robinson also had 93 catches and 140 targets in 2024. Robinson finished the year on Injured Reserve due to fractured ribs, but he should be fully healthy in 2026 as he enters free agency for the first time. Staying in New York will probably be the most favorable outcome for his 2026 fantasy value, but even so, his 2025 breakout may very well be Robinson's ceiling.
