Jason Sanders News
Miami Dolphins kicker Jason Sanders has seen his fantasy value rebound after a slow start to the season. In Week 13, Sanders connected on 2-of-3 field goal attempts in the win over the New York Giants. The normally trusty kicker has been missing kicks more frequently this season. Although, he would normally be rostered in more formats if the Dolphins offense was actually trustworthy. There isn't a ton of value with Sanders going forward. He seems to have regressed from the last season and there should be more useful options in most formats. He could be a possible streaming option against the New York Jets after the Week 14 bye week.
Miami Dolphins kicker Jason Sanders signed a long-term extension before the season. However, he has been off to a slow start through the first six games. To be fair, the Dolphins offense has been horrendous, which doesn't give him many chances to make field goals. In Week 6, Sanders connected on two of three field-goal attempts in the loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The return of quarterbackTua Tagovailoa didn't impact Sanders' fantasy value like some may have hoped. There isn't much reason to trust that the Dolphins will fix their offensive issues before their matchup with the Atlanta Falcons in Week 7.
Miami Dolphins kicker Jason Sanders has been one of the more reliable kickers over the last season or so. That being said, he was a popular target for plenty of fantasy managers on draft day. Sadly, Sanders has not been able to get many field goal opportunities this season. The loss of starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) is significant. However, Sanders knocked down two long field goals during the Week 3 loss. The Dolphins offense did much better with Jacoby Brissett under center. Although, the Indianapolis Colts have allowed the 11th fewest points in the league. There probably won't be a lot of kicking chances for Sanders in Week 4. He'll be off the streaming radar for this one, but hopefully he'll regain value soon.
