Tim Patrick Expected To Play

Denver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick (shoulder) is expected to suit up in Week 12 against the Buffalo Bills. Week 11 was Patrick's second game of the season, and he put up solid numbers, catching four of his eight targets for 77 yards. That uptick in usage bodes well for his ability to see the field this week, but a bad matchup with the Bills means that you're not starting him outside of some very, very deep leagues.

Tim Patrick Returns To Practice Thursday

Denver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick (shoulder) is practicing on Thursday after being held out on Wednesday. It's a good sign for his availability in Week 12 against the Bills after he made his season debut in Week 11. Patrick effectively served as the No. 2 wideout behind Courtland Sutton, catching four of his eight targets for 77 yards. Not a bad first showing. While Patrick might be intriguing in deep leagues if you're hurting at the position, it's still unlikely that he's a consistent fantasy option with Brandon Allen at quarterback. The Bills secondary has been good at slowing down opposing wideouts this year, too.

Tim Patrick Misses Practice Wednesday

Denver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick (shoulder) missed practice on Wednesday. Patrick had four catches on a healthy eight targets for 77 yards in his season debut in Week 11 against the Vikings. Assuming he can play in Week 12 against the Bills, Patrick should once again be the No. 2 behind Courtland Sutton. However, against a stingy Bills Defense and with inexperienced quarterback Brandon Allen remaining under center, Patrick doesn't have a ton of upside as a deep league flex play. If he can't get cleared this Sunday, Daesean Hamilton would be the No. 2.
