Seahawks Take Byron Murphy II With The 16th Overall Pick
The Seattle Seahawks selected Texas defensive tackle Byron Murphy II with the 16th overall pick on Thursday evening. Murphy is credited with being an excellent run defender who can help against strong rushing attacks in the division. The Longhorn is effective when double-teamed and will join Jarran Reed and Jonathan Hankins on the interior.
